10:50 I don't believe it really matters who of the two wins. What matters is the total commitment of half of the electorate towards one candidate which will last after elections and most important, the confirmation of democracy. Which is real but has one big contradiction.

The other half of the electorate or the losers have different opinions and have no power to implement them. So. by the strict definition, democracy, which means power (cratos) of people (demos) after such balanced election, is actually half (demi) democracy. So it should be called... demicracy.
