Majoritatea acestor incendii s-au petrecut sub ministrul Vlad Voiculescu. Unele din ele au fost la secții sau spitale de Psihiatrie, deci nu au nici o legătură cu suprasolicitarea.
Sincer, eu nu înțeleg ce poate să ardă într-un salon de spital sau chiar ATI. Saltelele? Chiar dacă pacienții sunt pe oxigen, buteliile de oxigen sunt în altă parte, pe țevi e prea puțin, iar concentrația în aer nu diferă de cea naturală.

12:12 Începând cam din 2018 am devenit conștient că ceva nu e în regulă cu bugetul României. Sumele la unele ministere erau enorme însă nu se vedea nimic construit sau realizat la sfârșitul anului. Nu am fost suficient de inteligent ca să pun și întrebarea: Deficitul publicat este cel real? Sau mai mult decât atât. Cum a fost calculat?
La câteva zile de la una din întrebările mele de pe blog legată de cheltuielile bugetare din 2021 a apărut în sfârșit un răspuns. Prima și ultima dată. De la Primul Ministru Câțu, pe care ar trebui toți să-l regretăm fiindcă a fost singurul care a încercat. El a publicat un tabel cu cheltuielile ministerelor la 6 luni, din păcate numai în procente, și a enunțat o frază foarte inteligentă.
Deci din table se vede clar că la unele ministere nu s-au cheltuit banii alocați cu o medie pe Bugetul de Stat de 84%.
Însă eu nu am fost suficient de inteligent pentru a prelua aceste informații în momentul respectiv. Pentru că nu știam că deficitul este programat în fiecare an prin Legea Bugetului, care apropo în 2021 as fost de de 87.349 miliarde care împărțit la 1,192 miliarde (PIB-ul din 2021) ne dă 7.3%. Pentru că nici prin cap nu-mi trecea ca ei să mintă chiar la acest nivel.
Am fost doar indignat de faptul în sine și că nu avem autostrăzi.
Deci cât era deficitul în momentul publicării acestor tabele? Este foarte ușor de înțeles că având execuții de în medie 84% (Total buget în diagramă) din care unele la ministere cu bani mulți, ca Transporturi, Apărare, etc. cheltuielile au fost mult sub buget, nu putem vorbi de deficit, ci de excedent, și încă unul foarte mare.
(În SUA de exemplu ăștia mai returnează în unii ani sume, care nu sunt chiar neglijabile, uneori chiar mii de dolari plătitorilor de taxe, când nu se cheltuiesc banii, cu păstrarea bineînțeles cu sfințenie a deificatului).
Cam în aceleași zile când a publicat rezultatele de mai sus, Cîțu l-a demis pe Nazare.
Câțu nu a mai apucat sfârșitul anului ca Prim Ministru să publice și totalul pe an. Ceva ce orice prim ministru trebuia să facă la sfârșitul fiecărui an. El a fost schimbat în noiembrie 2021 și acum dacă stau și mă gândesc am impresia că majoritatea au fost schimbați cam la sfârșit de an. intervalul noiembrie-ianuarie).
Deci avem aici suficiente dovezi științifice pentru a argumenta că România nu are și nu a avut niciodată deficit bugetar. Acestea sunt pure invenții pentru a justifica noi împrumuturi care pot exista în realitate sau nu, dar mai ales a plăti dobânzi pe baza acestor împrumuturi imaginare, care anul acesta sunt în jur de 40 miliarde.
Foarte posibil că și foamea lui Ceaușescu a avut la bază cifre fictive și fraude similare.

11:11 My problems. I wish i did not have to write about it. It has rained and dust (stingy redwood dust) both inside and outside today was reduced to a minimum. However i've been all day under the influence of mole gas (or aerosol whatever), last hole, right under, door, next to the one i just filled with borax and covered, i discovered too late, or not long before Angela came. Pain from dust makes me drink. I also had in the last few days some caffeine free diet soda (two two liter bottles). Combined with the dust that eliminates from lungs into stomach, it created serious gastrointestinal pains, dis-motility (bloating). This time it was me who dragged Angela to Spirit Mountain.
I mixed some soda and a small amount of whiskey and put it in the bag with food and forgot to move it to the trunk. Right after overpass on I5 i wanted badly to change lanes (to go to the ATM), waited like for 5 cars to pass, staring in the mirror, when i thought it was clear, another one came probably from behind, almost hit it. On the road there i met with 6 law enforcement vehicles, mostly Sheriff's deputies, and while some were waiting at the end of elaborate traps with other drivers involved, 2 others followed me briefly to check my speed, around Sheridan. Had to pass a trailer with half prefab house, while the trailer itself had to pass a stationed car, in the same place between counties when i got the ticket in January 2021. But on my way back. Again around Sheridan, i saw in front of me a Police Dodge (the well known red stop light shape) that was going at speed limit, for more than 5 minutes. So i kept my distance (the only way to get close was to speed of course) and all of a sudden it started to flash and stopped the car in front of it, on a continuous line area. Both me and Angela scratched our heads. If he was going at speed limit, why he pulled the guy in front of him, who could only have been slower? but that should have slowed us too. They once stopped me for being too slow when it was 32 degrees and raining and i was driving 10 under (A few minutes later, after he told me the roads were safe, i met with black ice on a bridge). Same area, possibly same cop? So i got to pass both vehicles that were completely on the shoulder, Police Dodge flashing behind, on a continuous double line. Just reviewed the manual. It says you have to either change lanes, if possible, keeping one lane distance, or to slow at least 5 under speed limit which i did, but i also crossed first of the two continuous lines or maybe both with one wheel, and that made a noise and the cop was walking in the lane towards that car staring at me more than at the other car. Wondering. Couldn't he have waited in his car 5 more seconds for me to pass, since there were no other cars behind?

Rotativa guvernamentală, o invenție din timpul lui Iohannis este o bătaie de joc la adresa electoratului.
Este o înțelegere între partide pentru a guverna toți, pe rând. Nu există opoziție sau critici. Mai contează alegerile? În timpul guvernării rotative Ciucă-Ciolacu, noiembrie 2021 - decembrie 2024 (cu rotația în iunie 2023) datoria externă a României a crescut de la 100 miliarde euro la 160 miliarde euro, fiind la momentul curent 231 miliarde (guvernul Bolojan).
Cu toate acestea, în urma nemulțumirii profunde a electoratului după bătaia de joc totală a lui Bolojan, care a încercat să ascundă prin taxe scandaloase adevăratele probleme financiare ale României și anume plata ascunsă anuală a 85 de miliarde euro (2025) ca dobânzi la împrumuturi, mai ales pe termen scurt, 62 de miliarde care au dobânzi de aproape 4 ori mai mari decât cele pe termen lung (62/23) care sunt în jur de 7%.
Ar crede cineva că statul român se împrumută la dobânzi de peste 25%? Chiar. Încă o întrebare pentru matematicianul Nicușor Dan. S-au contractat pe timpul președinției domniei lui împrumuturi și cu peste 25% dobânzi?
PSD a încălcat acum înțelegerea și a inițiat demiterea lui Bolojan, ce a picat în Parlament prin alăturarea AUR, asta s-a întâmplat pe față, dar se pare că e o complicitate generală pentru a-l ține în continuare până la expirarea termenului PNL (aprilie 2027), după care urma să vină oricum PSD.
Cred că cele 2 rotative (Ciucă-Ciolacu, Bolojan - probabil Grindeanu, începând din aprilie 2027) au fost, prin lipsa opoziției, care trebuia să facă ceva, măcar de formă, principala cauză ce a condus la mai mult decât dublarea datorie externe, de la 100 miliarde în 2021 la 241 în martie sau 255 (estimare iunie 2026, la un an de guvernare Bolojan).
7:57 Ok am greșit la calculul de mai sus. Ce vreți, eu nu sunt matematician. Să aduc în față decupajul din pagina BNR cu datoria și dobânzile. Am uitat de faptul că datoria pe termen scurt este în sumă absolută de aproape 3 ori mai mică decât cea pe termen lung (47/179) dar cere o dobândă în sumă absolută tot de aproape 3 ori mai mare (62/23).
Dacă dobânda pentru datoria pe termen lung este 7% (o ipoteză), dobânda la datoria pe termen scurt ar fi 7%*(179.431/47.916)*(62.683/23.112) adică 71%? Greșesc ceva?
Sunt sigur că pe Isărescu îl umflă râsul dacă vede ce scriu eu aici. El a pus cifrele astea la mișto știind că nu se prinde nimeni. Nu se prinde nimeni nici dacă vine cineva și le arată cu degetul. 👇.

10:40 Mda am venit de unde am venit, am deschis calc după două zile, sunt extrem de obosit, probabil nu voi fi treaz după conferința de presă a lui Nicușor Dan.
11:30 Ultima mea postare pe fb (în afară de link-urile la bloguri) a fost pe August 20 2021. A fost o pană a fb în România sau undeva, și după, m-am enervat și m-am mutat complet pe blog.
În noaptea aceea am avut însă accidentul când un tip m-a lovit din spate pe I5 la miezul nopții între 20 și 21 2021. Acum am o idee și cine a fost cel care m-a lovit, și cine a fost polițistul care l-a chemat tot pe el ca șofer de platformă să mă ia de acolo, dar până la urmă a zis că e prea departe și am condus așa mașina 20 mile.
Până acasă era să mai am un accident asemănător, cu un camion tot așa din spate. Sper că tipul acum e mândru de patriotismul lui. Un copchil, dar Vîlceanu și ceilalți nu erau copii și știu ce au făcut. Și Les Schwab, o organizație criminală.
Pe 7 august am postat chestia asta (pe care o susțin și acum), pe 8 August a publicat Cîțu singura dare de seamă bugetară (la 6 luni sau în general) din istoria post decembristă a României. Nu am văzut-o decât la câteva zile după, și m-am enervat prea tare de forma prezentării (procentuală, numele ministerelor erau greu de citit) ca să-mi dau seama că de fapt s-au dat de gol cu un deficit negativ (excedent).
Sper că este evident pentru toată lumea, nu poate fi deficit cel stabilit la începutului anului în Legea Bugetului, care nu se respectă nici măcar aproximativ, o aiureală completă și o pre-justificare a jafului, deficitul se poate calcula numai pe baza rezultatelor financiare la 6 luni sau un an care trebuie publicate în mod obligatoriu, așa cum a făcut-o atunci Cîțu, stabilind și un țap ispășitor.
Dacă eram deștept atunci situația ar fi fost alta astăzi, ar fi fost luați complet prin surprindere. Însă o chestie. Nu cred că se sinchisea nimeni cum nu s-au sinchisit, de atâția ani de cânt deficitul este peste 7%. (Însă acum când se vorbește despre măriri de TVA și tăieri, am devenit toți conștienți inclusiv eu).
Între timp au pregătit și un providențial, pe Bolojan și l-au reciclat pe Nazare.
Putem avea încredere într-un singur om providențial să ne spună, domnilor, avem un deficit la 3 luni de 2,7% etc., fără să prezinte sumele cheltuite pe ministere?
6:50 AM 14. Da e adevărat. Pentru câteva luni după accident am avut alte preocupări decât bugetul României, mai ales fiindcă am făcut o greșeală mare. În loc să duc mașina la reparat la cine știam eu pe banii mei am contactat asigurarea fiindcă speram să-mi dea bani să o repar.
Ei m-au trimis la un atelier al lor care mi-au demontat părți din mașină așa că nu se mai putea repara și mi-au dat bani cu care am cumpărat alta, tot așa daună totală. (Lovită superficial, dar cu suprafață prea mare).
Am pierdut două luni până am găsit-o și alte câteva luni până când am reparat-o, puțin câte puțin fiindcă avea și alte probleme pe lângă cele din accident. Amortizoare (struts McPherson) crăpate? planetare (half shafts) îndoite? sistemul de ventilație plin de bobițe pentru câini, râncede, etc.. Le-am făcut singur normal pe toate cu piese cumpărate pe internet. Iarna, am scos amortizoarele, am cumpărat o sculă pentru comprimat arcurile, etc..
Am vrut să-mi iau o mașină de la un dealer însă a fost perioada cânt erau foarte scumpe, chiar și cele uzate. Deci mi-a schimbat complet centrul atenției și am uitat de faza cu bugetul.
De ce colaborarea internațională pentru a crea accidentul. Problema cu deturnarea bugetului nu există doar în România iar postările mele le vedeau și alții și le venea idei.
Și bineînțeles, tot ce mi se întâmplă să fie exemplu pentru alții.
Începând de atunci, oriunde merg, cineva vine și mă împinge din spate. Câte faze de accident, am renunțat să le mai povestesc. Ultima. Ieri am luat benzină și când am plecat de la pompă un tip venea din dreapta spate (care avea cred prioritate dar nu sunt sigur nici acum) și era să intre în mine. Am văzut (cu coada ochiului, venea din spate), am frânat, dar a oprit și el și m-a lăsat să trec. De ce, dacă avea prioritate? Faza trecuse când a frânat el, să nu apară pe cameră că a ales să treacă pe acolo după ce a ocolit toate pompele chiar în momentul în care ieșeam eu.

I believe one of the reason would be, well, it may be confused with something else as listed above. One other reason could be your car would stink all the time, cause AC leaks are probably more common than thought.

Phones never connect just like that to each other, even if they're only ft apart, for obvious reasons (metering for one, though i can't think of a reason they wouldn't allow it, in case of two phones closer than to tower). Though technically possible, the cell phones are intentionally designed in such ways they won't do it except for using one of these apps. But using a phone in a mesh network that is larger than two phones has its drawbacks. The phone could be used sometimes more than for two calls but as a relay (guessed it, like a tower), with more power used and of course more radiation generated right in your pocket.
The way the connection between two phones with paying plans is done is very complicated and easy to intercept by a concerned agency, in many ways, starting with intercepting the radio signals cell phones functioning is based upon (and that can be done by anybody though much harder for now 5G phones), and ending with tapping in any of the numerous switches and servers of the "fixed part" of a mobile network.
The story of the water heater. It's been three years "since they haven't seen it". I have seen it every day but to no use. I'm going to try to explain why. Within the last few years, the water heater is leaking but in a smart way. If you take that lid of the distribution enclosure (where outside wires meet the inside ones) there is enough ventilation for the water to evaporate. As soon as you put it back on, the water accumulates and shortens the wires but the water never goes over the lid when the lid is on so it's not visible to a casual observer.But how can i explain it to them? If you tell them there is water in the enclosure, the're going to ask me "how do you know". And the only way to know is if you take it off.
Can't remember why i didn't call them the first time it happened? Was i high? Was i in a hurry and needed a shower? I just pulled the water with some paper towels, switched the breaker back on and neglected to put back the lid. But later when i did, with the same result so i took it off permanently. At times, i had to tighten those caps back on because they were getting loose? and it stopped working or working intermittently. Should i just called them back then? Anyways. It's been seven years since. And then i forgot, having bigger worries.
Just put the lid back together when the inspection came (BTW it was lost and resurfaced in a place unexpected cause if it didn't i would have probably not put it back and they would have looked and seen). As the water raised, it again shorted the wires (don't know exactly when), the breaker went off (sort of..., not all the way, it looked closed, had to cycle it, hoping it will work). Probably before it did generated detectable amounts of hydrogen combined with oxygen through electrolysis.
The circuit beaker box. The lid is not sealed and so is the box. It communicates through large wire passages with the wall, with all the goodies in there. Years ago i added some silicon around the lid, until my face wasn't stinging anymore. Again, yesterday could not let it like this so i removed all the removable silicon.
Lid was off for about 12 hours and in the evening i remembered why i put silicon around that lid (and it's a deja vu, it happened several times, every time i say to myself, no, i'm crazy, why should i put silicon in there).
Probably wouldn't happen if not for the bumper outside the building (twice the size of all others in the complex though here it's close to corner so they slow down anyways) or other noises and vibrations including the walk upstairs. Every time the building shakes (and it does when a car passes) the wall "breathes" and pumps outside most likely tiny pieces of paper (from drywall) soaked with sulfur dioxide from the decomposing calcium sulfate "drywall" and/or mineral glass insulation, but that is too heavy to float in the air, except if it gets (grinds, breaks) so fine it does.This morning after finally vacuuming i tried to take a shower and the water was too cold already. So i just went and pulled the lid, sucked the water tightened the caps and went for a walk. But when i came back, the water was still cold so again cut through the silicon from the breaker box, cycled the water heater breaker, but still would not work. Then i checked the 4 screws at the thermostat, the were all lose with one half turn loose. I tightened those, it started, but after i took a shower my face started to sting again, big time. So i remembered and aided again some silicon around the breaker box lid. It's been 2 hours since and the sting in my face subsided.Thing is 25 years old11:19 On February 17 i wrote about some of Angela's numerous troubles at Eaton, complaining about relatives and other types of non work related relations at work. The next day, the girl or boyfriend (transgender couple) from Mexico who did shipping-receiving with an American guy, whom i saw once and thought she was Japanese, got promoted ("people were talking, the Mexican manager from Mexico was the reason", this factory of Eaton is subordinated to a Mexico subsidiary). About two weeks ago the woman who did SMT left (she had notice on file) and Angela asked to do her job. When the American guy who did the hard work of shipping-receiving for one year heard about the Mexican's promotion, also gave notice, effective yesterday. Angela was not chosen for SMT, but another guy. The hyper woman from Hawaii (working too fast, did lots of mistakes in the past) (i think also a Japanese) who for a longtime said she wanted to "leave the floor" went to shipping-receiving, where there is a lot of physical work (Angela didn't work there since her hernia surgery or 2019) replacing the guy who quit, but she realized she can't do it because she doesn't have much computer skills and today the supervisor, after one week of overtime and stress, asked Angela, to her surprise, at the end of the day is she wanted to do shipping receiving with the Hawaiian woman and Angela refused on grounds of lifting limitation and possible problems with the other woman (she likes to complain while making mistakes) (Angela has a paper from her March 1st appointment with the doctor for 20 lbs, appointment which was scheduled since last year and there are heavy packages coming and leaving there all the time. Angela's job title there is assembler.
6:13 AM A fost publicat proiectul Legii Bugetului de Stat pe 2026. El urmează să fie votat în Parlament în zilele următoare împreună cu proiectul pentru Legea Bugetului Asigurărilor Sociale. Nici un cuvânt despre Legea Plafoanelor, care în fiecare an a precedat legile bugetelor.
În Legea Plafoanelor pe 2025 se pot urmări toate bugetele României din care numai două sunt stabilite prin lege, cel de Stat și cel al Asigurărilor Sociale. Totalul care însumează toate bugetele se numește Buget General Consolidat. Apropo, plafonul pentru Bugetul de Stat din Legea Plafoanelor a fost depășit cu 100 miliarde lei (totalul din tabel).
Din cifrele avansate pe diferitele publicații rezultă că avem un buget (de stat, care poate fi numit al ministerelor deși mai sunt și alți beneficiari mai mici) asemănător cu cel pe 2025, adică un fals uriaș, care promite și deficitul (Bugetului de Stat), care nu se va ști niciodată pentru că nu există o contabilitate a acestui buget, pe ministere sau centralizat. (Mai există și un deficit al Bugetului General Consolidat).
Din diverse estimări ca de exemplu înmulțind numărul de angajați ai ministerelor, cu exemplul cel mai important, cel al Educației, unde ponderea cheltuielilor o reprezintă salariile cu salariul mediu brut pe economie, rezultă că ministerele mari primesc o mică parte din sumele alocate prin această lege la buget, sub jumătate.
Astfel putem estima că se deturnează undeva la jumătate din suma prevăzută la cheltuieli.
Totul este o farsă și o fantezie menită să continue subjugarea României aflată sub ocupație străină. Tot ce vedeți în media, inclusiv conexiunile din contextul internațional recent improvizate pentru a da credibilitate momentului sunt piese de teatru.
Situații asemănătoare, cu falsificări uriașe ale bugetului sub diferite forme se pot întâlni și în alte țări, inclusiv SUA.
Google AI nu poate face distincție între deficitul Bugetului de Stat și cel General Consolidat.
În August 2021 am avut două postări pe fb, semnalând unele din aceste probleme însă pe atunci nu cunoșteam toată amploarea lor. La 12 noaptea între 20 și 21 August 2021 am avut un accident. În pregătirea accidentului a fost implicat ministrul de finanțe de atunci, Vîlceanu.
Problema de acum cu piciorul cred că a apărut în urma unei vizite programate cu luni în urmă pe 23 decembrie la doctorul de familie. A venit o asistentă cu mască și a cerut să-mi facă o examinare a picioarelor cu ochii închiși, adică să nu văd când îmi atinge degetele ca să vadă dacă am neuropatie.

2:45 Slept most day yesterday. We left at 6 PM. Drove like in slo-mo. Though i slept, still had so much alcohol in my system. Went only briefly inside, only watched the shows around the car in the lot. Because of getting mad, got so drunk, Angela had to drive 80 miles back home. 40 mph behind some crazy SOB for about 20 miles. I was so sick i thought i will give my soul away.
Finally she had this idea. Get some baking soda! Which i did and felt so much better. But when i got home i remembered the resolution. Had to finish pulling the leaves from under the bushes. So i will breath better tomorrow. Ok so i went at 2 AM when everything is quiet, stumbling, and pulled 5 laundry baskets topped of heavy wet leaves or the equivalent of 10 more 13 gallons kitchen sacks and lived to tell about. The leaves are gone for the season.

A doua zi am primit cauciucuri pentru roțile din spate. Mi le-a așezat Amazon la ușă. Dar mașina era acordeon.
Pe 20 2021 August cineva mi-a spart în parcare cauciucul dreapta spate. Am pus rezerva și m-am dus la Les Schwab. Acolo m-a luat în primire Vîlceanu care mi-a arătat cauciucul nu numai spart dar distrus în interior (ceea ce acum nu cred). Și eu nebun, am mers cu rezerva 40 mile la Ilani și înapoi. Din cauză că mergeam încet (de fapt limita de viteză pe autostradă) un nebun cu camionetă supraînălțată, cu pinten în fața barei din față, m-a lovit din spate pretinzând că nu m-a văzut. Dar era parte dintr-un grup în care doi m-au flancat, iar după, l-au acoperit ca să nu-i văd numărul și au fugit toți.
Exista video de pe camerele de autostradă dar Poliția Statului Washington a acoperit totul. Există video pe camerele de supraveghere de la Les Schwab.
Câte ilegalități s-au comis în ziua aceea? Zilnic și în fiecare oră? Tipul care mergea ieri cu 40 mph în fața noastră, ca eu să scriu și să șterg singur informația că mașina făcea 40 mpg. Cine a pornit chiar acum o mașină cu eșapament modificat în parcare care parcă îmi sparge timpanele ca să nu mai scriu?
Voi nu vedeți că ăștia vă dau știri doar ca să vă umple timpul și capul?
Ăsta e cumva? Poate ăsta... Ăsta nu are nici o legătură (ancoră) pe nume... Nici ăsta... Nu dau eu de el... Un criteriu bun de căutare. Are sprâncenele groase și lăsate. Bine și dacă dau de el ce se va întâmpla? Mai nimic, ca la atâția alții. A nu, el a demisionat nu mult timp după. Dar din cauză că știau mulți ce a făcut, asemănarea cred că i-am greșit-o. Sau poate că din cauză că nu i-a ieșit... Nu le-au ieșit ce au vrut să facă atunci cu mine, cu noi. Să rezolve adică toate problemele României dintr-o lovitură. Problemele însă sunt chiar ei iar eu am devenit o problemă pentru ei cu ce postez pe bloguri.
Sprâncenele cele mai groase și lăsate le are ăsta dar nu e destul de chel... Sau poate poza e prea veche. E foarte de aproape și de aceea nasul pare mai gros. Nu găsesc alta mai nouă sau mai bună.
Cu Petre Roman a fost o excepție, el a fost demis la câteva zile după ce l-am găsit. Nașpa că foarte mulți actori din Ungaria de aceeași vârstă seamănă fantastic între ei. Ca și cum ar fi mai mult decât conaționali, ca și cum ar fi frați vitregi. Poate sunt și nu știu ei, poate au avut un program, gen ca Hitler dar secret.

9:30 Got awaken after 5 hours of sleep (same like the last two nights) around 8 by big noises (like a garbage truck though it's Monday) and then the woman next door was talking yelling on the phone for one hour (yes in Spanish though she is Japanese, i know ninja can do that. Learn foreign languages so well you wouldn't know).
I started to remember what i've done last night. Last passing area before Chevron on 26 when going west towards Mt Hood. There was this semi i was following for at least 15 minutes that was going uphill under speed limit though i think it was empty. Those guys even if the are well maintained, put a lot of carbon dioxide behind especially when going uphill, that usually makes me sleepy.
There were two more vehicles behind it. Those and myself started to pass the truck which went onto the right lane. However instead of slowing down it sped up like they usually do to maybe 65 or more. (Had 75 or when i last looked at speedometer while trying to pass it but was held by the other two).
I know when i started to pass my speed was about 65 with the shifter on automatic, at about 4500 rpm and probably in 4th gear. I don't know exactly why but the truck accelerated after those two guys ahead of me passed it and when passing area ended i was parallel with it and i continued to accelerate until i finally passed it too though it was ft behind me and flashing lights instead of slowing down and when i looked at the speedometer and i was doing 80, uphill.
I read on sites and forums last night that my car has a rpm soft limiter at 6000 rpm when you are in sequential mode, when it shifts gears down automatically (and you loose power when uphill of course) and one at 6500 when you are in automated mode, like i was, when it cuts power to the engine. If that had happened he would have hit me from behind for sure cause it was only ft behind me until i slowly accelerated to 90 and put some distance in between.
If i panicked when i saw it close behind and then flashing, and hit the gas pedal to the floor the car would have shifted back to 3rd, the rpm increasing maybe over 6500 at 90 and the engine would have stopped at that rpm.
How would a semi do 80 uphill, that is another question.
Have no idea what marks that truck had on it, but i'm sure it was caught on the cameras on the freeway and/or seen by other drivers. Or maybe he veered right towards Hood River before reaching the Government Camp area. It was all done intentionally, like so many times recently in all kind of situations, in cooperation with the two other drivers and these guys are criminals that should spend time behind bars.
Similar things happen to me in almost all my trips.
9:58 Saturday night after passing Newberg going east again i was going uphill at 65, passed one guy (a white SUV) that was slower in the right lane when i saw something crossing the street, from the left.
It would have taken too long to lift my foot from gas pedal and hit the breaks so i just veered left in the median lane trying to get behind it which i did, maybe except for its tail, don't know if the guy right and behind me hit it. Seconds later i realized by the white stripes on its back that imprinted on my retina that it was a skunk, the first time ever i saw one. It was pretty big, about the size of a raccoon, but faster.
I apologize for modifying the gear numbers so many times in this post, it was all based on guessing (can't see the gear you're in on the dashboard, only the letter D when in automatic).
12:00 This video shows 4500 rpm at 85 mph in 3rd but it's a different type of Elantra. However if you press on gas hard enough you can very easily downshift one ore two gears and reach 6500 when the the fuel to the engine is cut off. BTW this guy is crazy, he does 170 mph with a flat tire warning on the dashboard. I personally never went over 100 with any vehicle.
12:37 I know what happened back in August 20 2021. The driver who hit me could have pretended i again lost engine power when accelerating over 6500 or whatever rpm, but in that night i was going with speed limit on cruise control on a flat or even a bit downhill area on I5 in 6th gear (fuel efficiency gear) per reason of driving with a spare (right rear).
Only when i saw him very close behind i might have tried to accelerate but it was too late as it would have taken several seconds to shift from 6th to let's say 2nd and even in the 2nd gear could still go faster than 60 which i was going when he hit me (that Elantra was 1.8 engine but was rated at the same 150 hp).
One more thing. The cop called a towing company that refused to tow us for reason of distance (22 miles, wondering why the cop wouldn't tell them on the phone, when he called them, where to). Could one of those two towing guys i talked to while the cop was skillfully recording it audio and video to have been actually the driver of the truck who hit me, pretending he didn't run after all. So i actually i might have talked without knowing, with the help complicity of the cop with my ex would be killer.

BTW when i left i poured some more vinegar in the old rusted dog feces contaminated pan under the new water heater and the child actors came and started to yell like swallowed whole by giant serpents. The mods at the battery. In that day in August 2021 i had poured from days before some JB weld steel reinforced adhesive on top of the nuts of the connectors to prevent them from getting loose, not on the connectors themselves. In fact, during engine running the vehicle is powered by the alternator (and not the battery that acts only as a filter) of which connectors runs through a series of plates on the positive with the negative doubled directly on the body. There was adhesive on the nut of the plates too, but not on or between the contacting plates under.
In that night after the accident and pulling on a street nearby i was casually talking in front of the open hood to the second cop and the driver of the towing truck that refused towing, about those mods.
The current configuration has modifications too, only there is no adhesive involved but only a second system doubling the stock con_nec_tors, actually a redundancy with bypassing and an extra connection to the ground on the negative and again bypassing the stock connector to the plates on the positive, with bolts soldered on top of poles. It is true, i saw yesterday one of the battery poles was a little bent, i don't know why, there is no extra weight on it.
Besides i never had problems with it, on the opposite, it improved vehicle's operation by increasing driveability, mileage and decreasing vibration. I have digital a voltmeter inserted in one of the plugs. Never lost power in years of experimenting with those, then why in that day?
The taillights on every car are build to reflect light and they would have been very visible in the dark when lit with headlights from behind, even if i lost power which i didn't.
In fact on another recent occasion i used the horn as last defense against an attempt of being again hit from behind and the other driver fell back. Now i know why. Horn was showing i had electric power.
But if i accidentally (mis)maneuvered and hit the gas pedal to the floor and hit the 6500 rev limit in 1st gear uphill, it could have looked like i lost electric power. I'm wondering what would have happened if i was wounded in an accident near Mt.Hood, far away from any hospital and ambulance services.
August 23 was only 2 days away and in that day at Les Schwab in Lake Owego i was assisted by a Les Schwab employee that looked like a right wing minister from one of the numerous Iohannis governments, Dan Vilceanu. It is rumored Iohannis has ties with the extreme right in Romania. He told me the tire with the flat i had earlier that day before the accident was unfixable as per a previous defective installation (done at the same shop). He insisted he took the tire in the trunk, where i was hit in that night.
What happens is though they are doing symbolic gestures trying to take credit of what followed that night in front of their right wing audience while the others don't care.
I think it was on May 2020 when driving with the same car, the first day a casino ever opened (Little Creek) after pandemics closure, when i went over a wheel (whole wheel, not shredded tire) exactly in that area, in the middle of the lane. Thing is i did not panic and hit the brakes, the car would have lowered its front (nose dive) and hit it and it barely touched it with some part (cross member i think).
After, i pulled from freeway in the area where she was missing from (not knowing at the time) to check for damages under the car.
In that night at the casino i went to the car several times (to drink of course) and last time i sat in line behind a woman, not unattractive but looking vulnerable, thin and not tall, who kept telling everybody she lost her purse and kept getting out and back in line (for temperature checking) to get in, and she didn't know why. I saw her later in the casino talking with two cops, then why the search that kept going for days?

I think the man was doing 110 on a German autobahn in 5th gear at 6500 rpm (minute 1:58) right before car automatically shifted to 6th. In the US you can see this road quality only on recently paved freeways. Never seen continuous or interrupted lines so straight though confusing at 3:00 due to construction work. Crooked lane lines get you tired, fast. Good thing they also keep you challenged (and alert).
This, at 4:00. They do this to me a lot, slower cars changing lanes when i'm about to pass them. Good thing they didn't do it when he was passing them going 120 mph (193 kmh). And a stinking classic that fills your cabin (and filter) with smoke for the next 5 minutes. I see they're universal.

Nu cred că investitorii direcți folosesc BNR pentru investiții, aici BNR ne face un serviciu (gratuit) de statistică. Ca să aibă cu ce să deschidă un comunicat care să nu pară un dezastru total. Clasic și tipic, aceeași dezinformare cu care ne-au obișnuit de 36 de ani (și înainte, cu raportările false pe vremea lui Ceașcă).
Deși pare absurd, acest tip de manipulări reușesc chiar să schimbe subiectul, chiar atunci când sunt prinși, de la dezastru financiar la dezinformare. Apoi, undeva într-un paragraf ascuns între altele, mai jos, Isărescu confirmă enormitatea a ce este scris pe site-ul BNR și ce am spus eu mai demult însă din păcate mult prea târziu.
Datoria externă a României a ajuns la 230 miliarde de euro, urmând o detaliere pe termen scurt și lung, exprimată însă în mii de milioane, care sunt tot miliarde, pentru puțină confuzie.
Pentru comparație, anul trecut tot anul datoria externă a României a crescut cu 24 miliarde din care mai mult de jumătate pe vremea lui Bolojan. Putem crede că dintr-o dată a crescut cu numai 2 miliarde în 5 luni anul acesta (după ce am început eu să scriu)?
Statutul de junk este similar la nivelul unui stat cu cel al unui scor de credit personal foarte prost și se publică de agențiile de rating mai ales în legătură cu dobânzile cu care se mai pot (sau mai degrabă nu se mai pot) face credite noi însă Mitroi a spus, chiar în titlu, de facto nu de jure. De jure nu suntem (încă) în junk.
Dacă am fi în junk, România nu ar mai putea împrumuta nimic ceea ce ar putea fi un început bun.
Dobânzile la care se împrumută România nu mai sunt demult cele ale unor state africane, după cum spunea Mitroi care și el deși a rupt tăcerea, încearcă să devieze puțin subiectul. Cred că cifra de 7% este falsă. Nu știu exact dacă mai avem cu cine să ne comparăm, tot de pe site-ul BNR vedem că anul trecut România a plătit dobânzi și scadențe în valoare 85 miliarde de euro sau 36% din totalul datorie externe. Este alarmant?
Bănuiesc că sumele pentru plăți sunt luate de la buget, mai precis aproximativ jumătate din bugetele ministerelor mari cum ar fi Muncii, Educației, Sănătate, Apărare, Transporturi, etc..
Putem conclude fără nici o greșeală că BNR fură banii din Bugetul României (ceea ce am spus cu două săptămâni înainte de accidentul din 2021) ca să plătească dobânzi rechinilor financiari de unde a luat credite și pentru a-și acoperi în tăcerefalimentul.
11:05 Nu știu exact când, prin 2018 cred, din curiozitate, plictiseală și/sau frustrare am început "să fac", în fiecare an, bugetele României. Am descoperit că în legile bugetelor, pe fiecare an, există niște anexe, cu cheltuieli alocate pe fiecare minister (sau alte instituții finanțate de la Buget, așa numite ordonatori de credit), unde se poate vedea totalul și cheltuielile de personal (salariile angajaților).
Atunci am văzut niște discrepanțe foarte mari între cheltuielile cu salariile la ministerele cu mulți angajați, de exemplu Educație, cu peste 200 000 de angajați și celelalte cheltuieli, care erau comparabile sau chiar mai mari.
Iată o foaie de calcul din 2020 în care am pus, iarăși, ca în fiecare an, manual sumele din fiecare anexă, am făcut totalul și am generat niște diagrame (în dreapta), unde se pot vedea diferențele. Aceste sume ar fi fost suficiente pentru construirea a mii de km de autostrăzi (la Transporturi), spitale (Sănătate, Dezvoltare) etc., în fiecare an!
Abia anul acesta însă m-am gândit să mă uit pe site-ul BNR, mă gândeam că poate găsesc ceva mai mult acolo, însă am găsit surpriza vieții mele (noastre). O datorie externă enormă, care stă acolo ascunsă despre care am scris mai sus, și o posibilă explicație la unde se duc aceste sume care dispar în fiecare an de la ministere. Se duc la plata dobânzilor și scadențelor aferente acestei datorii, care anul trecut a fost de 85 miliarde de euro.
Cei de vârsta mea sau poate mai tineri își amintesc sacrificiul pe care ni l-a cerut Ceaușescu, pentru a plăti o datorie de 10 miliarde de dolari timp de 7 ani. Însă 230, 250 sau 300 miliarde de euro, după unele estimări? Când vom plăti această datorie? Niciodată.
Însă cel mai grav este faptul că nu am știut. Eu am aflat de toate astea doar din întâmplare. Plata acestor dobânzi este un mecanism aranjat prin care se extrag din România cam jumătate din taxele enorme pe care le plătim adică diferența dintre salariu brut și net (până la aproape 50%), TVA, accize, taxele pe proprietate, impozitele pe profit ale firmelor, etc..

It's not the first time, at Spirit Mountain i met with that woman who died on the set and had an argument with her in the parking lot a day or two after she died in the news. Many others before. So i figure they just re-date the video or audio or whatever to get me involved somehow while they pull the actors from the scene making it look indeed terrible of my part.
When i was about to leave, another black guy in a black Cadillac, only a bit different and younger. Probably to create doubts in my mind.
