11:00 AM The shutdown vacation ended which means the not so beautiful ugly bill that raises US debt limit for the second time (the reason for the shutdown, remember) this year must have passed. Anybody by chance knows from news, without googles searches what the amount was? Thinking... Breaking it in two, they made it easier to swallow...

All i remember from news this week was Marjorie Green scandal. BTW Anybody can tell me why was she acting as a bartender at Chinook Winds (where i was tempted, long story) last night, many other nights before that... ().

BTW i think this woman was following me throughout the Casino for at least one hour last night. Tired, was sitting next to Angela, watching the screen and beyond the screen her face would pop up in my line of sight (old trick). A little intrigued, a little burned-out. Was it just because i discovered this song in my database last night in the parking lot and BTW after 2000 the top 100 hundreds list contains mostly soul music i am not familiar with.


And Angela works in a noisy environment and does not hear well at the end of the week so i had to yell at her and was also mad for (a) different may reasons and all the people around us were quick

with turning heads and then the episode with that weirdo at the door last night.

3:21 Earlier i was thinking. I'm not gonna write anymore about every little thing that's happening to me though are symptomatic But now i have no other choice.

This morning i did the poops. After, i started to do some leaves. While carrying the leaves i ran into people. They produce people in my way any way i move. At the dumpster with the leaves. Then i found 2 more poops while carrying the leaves.

It was kinda awkward as the woman at 4 was like dominating the whole yard, yelling on the phone, throwing tantrums, 9+jumping, cursing. The mystery woman showed as well. Can't remember everything because so many things happened since. But generally, from my point of view is like i am on a stage with a script written on the fly. I move this, they do that.

Then i got in to get some breakfast but was engrossed by the last poops i found. Helped Angela with cooking. Went to bottle drop, Fred Myer ad the liquor store. And the Amazon locker. Got something like a stick with two slots for and SD and microSD card.

Very similar to an old USB stick but it's got USBC connector at one end and you can stick it into the phone and the SD cards are removable. Very cool cause i can transfer easily the pictures from phone to PC.

Yeah this one's even better but i didn't know about. Mine is good but you need the cards. And for the camera, doesn't have an USB port so i can read the pictures from the card. You can do it with share or you can do it with goggle files app.

I saw them entering Fred Meyer in the same time with me. It was like seeing extras in a movie acting by ear prompter instructions. All seem not familiar (awkward) with the clothes they were wearing.

There was another place with 6 or 8 self check stands different from the grocery ones. I stepped in that space, that was not closed  as enclosure and saw all the stands were closed and then i heard on the speaker some announcement with the word Security at the end.

Saw a car, Chevrolet Guzman and thought. Could  not have been inspired by...  Chevrolet logo is some sort of cross, right?

3:50 BTW i remembered something from Chinook Winds yesterday. Got into the elevator to go to the sky bridge (yeah, also when i curse the Japanese in my mind they pump a modified exhaust), They were a couple there, she was counting hundreds (for the camera), they pressed on the S button which is between C (casino) and B (bridge), i don't know what S is, never saw anybody stopping there.

I did not want to complicate the situation which i actually did by not pressing any button. The elevator stopped, they got out, i pressed on B but the LED would not come on. I kept pressing, the elevator went to the casino floor (C), two guys got in and we all went together to the bridge and then the parking lot.

I got back from Fred Meyer, locker, bottledrop and liquor store. Bottle drop is a place where you can take sacks of soda an beer cans for recycling, after applying a label without needing to count them. The only thing is you have to rinse them otherwise they will stink in the sack until you take there. No big deal.

Soon after i started to do leaves again (yes they were ignoring our leaves). Yesterday the build an allegory instead of removing leaves from the ground. Me and Angela were coming from what, Walmart, they were blowing on our alley and i tried to go around and at some point got blocked by piles or leaves, started to back up and i saw 4 of them blowers, with those motors in their back, where advancing, in line, like chasing us, looking like the teenage turtles ninja combined with ghost busters, 4 symbolizing a cross, actually. Should have seen them, but i did not have the phone ready.

Would have done it for a longtime though it was drizzling and got all wet at 56 degrees (13 Celsius).

However last time when i went to take the sack with leaves, a guy passed by and dropped his phone on the asphalt and then he bent to pick it. I looked for mine and saw i don't have it and wanted to go inside to see where it's at. But then i saw a maintenance cart next to building and did not feel like continuing.

Got inside, threw all my clothes and then i looked and saw the guy with the phone coming my way, smiling, using the corridor i made at the right of the yard, as i did it for that purpose. The guys upstairs then left. The reasons i had to write all these. That guy with the phone did not come here. Nobody ever comes here, they all just pass.

Changed clothes, ate what Angela made, but lost momentum with the leaves, after i soaked two rows of clothes, one in the morning, one after noon.

More things happened but i'm gonna stop here.

New Year 2021

Angela is more and more agitated, every weekend or day off it takes half of the time for her just to calm down. There are a couple of Japanese women there posing as Chinese, rest are Hungarians, i've identified most of them. Apparently they pick on her really bad. Lately she just quit telling me what they do to her. It's too traumatic even to remember.

So she got a mini vacation starting the Christmas weekend until tomorrow.

I don't know how we got like this. I mean, we have nowhere to go. Me i was so busy with my blogs and most of the time under influence of both moles enzymes, carefully directed inside, and smoke, probably coming from burning pieces of stuff stuck inside the holes by someone, could be even from passing cars, cause some of the holes were next to the alleys, i forgot what fight it takes to keep the place sanitized. Finally installed a few days ago a UV light inside the closet. Contaminated steam from dog and/or cat clothes washed insufficiently (too little detergent) from vents under siding level is getting inside the siding, wall and inside there.

I am pretty positive most of the people we knew in the past, if not all, are from the same lists i use to search to find matches for my blog. I've identified already many of them but i hesitate since i don't want or can't break completely with the outside world, real or not.

After several month of taking antibiotics, i realized the cause was the new dentures that i started to wear at the end of July. They were literally bent, after moulding, probably using heat. Both upper and lower, moving and pressing unevenly on gums. Because of those got an infection at parotid glands on both sides. Didn't use them since Christmas. Bulges are at the lowest levels. A very interesting effect took place. While in the first days, weeks of taking those i had terrible stomach pains, at the end the stomach pains are completely gone. So i figured i can afford a few drinks, after a pause of several months. Not while driving, at the end of the trips of course.

Also switched from almond and coconut milk for coffee to soy milk, because those seemed bitter. Then i started to have a really bad reaction (pain) in my colon.

On December 23 while cleaning the place, i went to sweep the concrete floor of the balcony (the only concrete floor in the building). I saw the shower curtain i installed under was full sprouted seeds that turned into mud. I removed and i saw some of the pieces of cut foam i squeezed in there last summer had fallen and there was mud in the space between beams. I removed all of those and mud and maggots fell on me. There is a bird feeder in that balcony and birds made a mess and seeds fell and sprouted and maggots came to life. When cold came, the maggots died and as the weather started to warm up again, they started to rot, adding to the whole ecosystem.

So we just ran away first time at Red Winds in Washington State on Christmas eve, and then at 7 feathers last weekend (got to check fb posts, i got so many things on my mind i just can't remember exactly right now). I like to drive and after last mods i've done to the car, i registered 40 mpg from here to Eugene and an average of 38 for the whole trip, considering we had to climb above 700 ft. Us smelling like cats, dogs, mold and smoke eveerywehere we go that BTW is just creeping in as i write.

Playing at small amounts, we almost all the times make some of the money back so we end loosing 100 or 200 dollars per evening. Or like at Ilany, Angela in the last few times made her money back and even won something like 50 bucks in the end. My fun recently is mostly related to experimenting with the car, trying to optimize fuel consumption, after i accidentally run into some favorable modification. It's all happening because i have this mpg dashboard indicator. I learned to use an app that shows elevation from GPS only (don't have service on my phone) and look all the time at elevation and try to figure the link between climbing, going down and fuel consumption. Something that keeps my mind busy and away during long trips.

On Christmas morning at 6 AM while coming back to Portland, after i passed through Woodland, after a bridge and a slight right turn in my view of field appeared two cops' cars with red and blue flashing lights. I was in the process of passing a red van, in a slight curve to the left and downhill after the bridge, don't know exactly the speed limit in the area, probably 70, they were about 10 cars on right two lanes that BTW all passed me earlier making me uncomfortable (on the right, etc.), all with weird LPN, at the same speed with the van. Didn't figure in time the reason everybody was avoiding the left lane. At 32 degrees on the dashboard, the lane had ice on it. When i saw the cops i hit the breaks and started skidding, about 20 degrees to the left. I managed to stabilize the car as i saw a cop rushing towards his car, but my speed was already under limit and he didn't follow. Right after and to this day i am convinced it was all done deliberately. The red van was old and stinking and it just passed me a few minutes before. Cops' cars were hidden in a lower elevation after the bridge and not visible until the last moment, everyody hits the brakes when they see cops, etc..

Especially when i remembered that exactly one year ago i avoided in the last hundredths of second a bale of hay in Rice Hills, Oregon, while doing 80 in a 70 area, while going to 7 feathers.

As soon as i get somewhere i have a few drinks in the parking lot and then i don't care much about what's happening inside. Can't remember whom i saw at Red Winds, but at 7 feathers, a few days after, i think i saw Candy Dulfer, and a politician from Romanian government.

New Year's eve at Spirit Mountain. Because Chinook Winds is closed, the place was said to be at maximum capacity (i saw more people in there in other occasions). Because of that, we have been put in a line where we waited almost an hour and also had a few drinks. Just as i passed the "check point" and made it inside the parking lot, a couple of cars executed some weird maneuvers in front of me, trying to get me in a fender bender.

Inside, the promised live band was Sonny Hess and Kat Lady, apparently some street performers from Portland.

They were playing ok (i saw worse in there) but didn't really have any happy new Year Song ad midnight. Didn't stay much and came back after a couple of hours. Angela was loosing and was confident she would make her money back in the end we left with a 500 dollars loss (have to ask her again, she's sleeping).

But Saturday night at Indian Head. We like that desert area a lot and since we haven't been there in a long time we adventured on a dubious weather forecast. At 4000 ft at the pass i saw snow flurries and 34 degrees on the dashboard but didn't turn around. However in there something weird happened. Even at poker machines, i was constantly losing, like at Spirit Mountain the day before. There was this very fat lady at my right, figuring a Native American, that right now i suspect was again Kat Lady. I even spoke with her, cause i could not figure the version of spin poker i was playing. I went in the parking lot to get a drink from my brandy bottle and i saw, again, the same couple of men and a woman in a car. But those came back with me inside and i though one of them looked familiar and today i figured he might have been Pitbull the rapper.

Angela was loosing and again hoping she would make her money back but she didn't. I think we spent both our stimulus check in these two days, at Spirit Mountain and Indian head.

The weirdest part, something i got used to for a long time now, the way people are moving around us inside the casinos. Every time when i move and pass somebody, somebody else pops from around a machine and stares at me and those, like guarding them. If i stay for a while in a place, some woman comes and sits or stands behind me, while others start parading in between, again, like for protecting. Primordial gestures for cameras, to trigger primordial subconscious reaction. Which means some are watching (There are people like Pitbull that wouldn't go anywhere there wasn't a live camera). But how? that casino, in a valley in the middle of the desert doesn't even have fiber optics.

Intrigued, was looking the other day with google maps at the casino, cause i remembered i saw a weird structure uphill, like some transformers. Which means those lines are high voltage, at least 10 kV. There is a a cable going in the ground by a pole and i figured that is the power for the parking lot and the transformers on the hill are for powering the casino, which is not very big, maybe like 10 houses. Right over that hill there is a structure which i discovered after a walk last summer, when we briefly stopped in there after a trip for my birthday in the most eastern-southern spot in Oregon. Crystal Crane hot springs (i believe a place where all meth users gather, by the smell). After many hours of driving, my body was craving for a walk so i climbed on a trail after that hill and saw a building that now i know it's a local radio station, which seems linked, with some antennas and through a relay on top of a mountain some 10-20 miles to the outside world. God only knows what is the bandwidth for that link, but it could explain everything. I hesitated a lot to write this, i know those people could get in trouble, but this particular location could prove that something is going on, with the casino so closed to that data link, because at locations like Ilany nothing is visible, everything is underground, power, data, etc.
The structure on top of the hill that is marked as a radio station on Google Earth, has its own high voltage power line. The station is retransmitting OPB and hour or two a day, and that parabolic antenna on the pole is probably for getting that. But for that purpose, wouldn't an ordinary satellite antenna sufficed. But satellite connections have lags up to 0.2 seconds.

I hereby complain about all the casinos mentioned above, for the fact they host illegal shows that are broadcast somewhere, for violation of privacy, like intentionally broadcasting unauthorised video including my persoanal live image over the internet, and also that all the machines in all the casinos mentioned above being rigged, to the point of controlling from a remote location and/or local supercomputers the output at any hand level, and not having anything to do with gambling.

I also might have known personally, from a job at Quadramed the famous casino law-yerrr "Ronald J. Rychlak", the coauthor of the famous books written with "General Mihai Pacepa". In turn he seems to be a base guitar player from Hungary.

World Trade Center Failure Analysis

A new video about WTC popped on youtube which prompted me to write this blog post because i suspect the number of casualties by dust, unreported to this day, where many times more than those who died in the towers.

04/09/2019 Video is gone, can't find quickly a similar one without the offensive music. Here are some pictures showing the scale of the disaster brought by dust. I don't believe people could really survive in that dust for more than a few seconds.


Before WTC designed by architect Minoru Yamasaki and after, all high rise steel constructions were done in the "classic" fashion with structural vertical and horizontal rolled steel beams with cross reinforcement joints and numerous interior walls. As the looks suggests, this type of design is solid and can't be easily damaged.

WTC structure was made only of two so called tubular frames or cages, using about half the steel the old design uses. Outer frame was made of prefab panels that were actually made of three vertical, square section, rolled steel beams (2nd image below) welded together with other three huge pieces of sheet metal. This image, like many others, is tricky cause it suggests the building in the distance was built in a similar way. It only appears so because of its shape, no other building has ever been designed in this way.

The prefab panels themselves seem to be inspired from a Buddhist architecture ornament called Torana. (Torre means tower in  Spanish and Italian, and toro means bull with two horns of course).



Panels were put together in a new, revolutionary, also unique design: An outer tubular frame made of prefab inter-positioned panels (outer cage) and an inner core of "classical design" (inner cage), though only for elevator and shafts, with vast floors in between that were connecting and preventing the inner and outer cage to sway or buckle (bend) in or out.



Outer frame panels are connected together with four bolts at the end of each rolled steel square tube.

This type of joint would take a lot of vertical compression, as much as allowed by the rolled steel maximum compression load, some horizontal or side compression, limited by the bolts, (which have a cross section far less than of the cross section of the rolled steel) and could take almost no bucling (bending in and out of the cage wall) because of the prying effect on the bolts at the joint level.

Buckling and shear of the outer cage was was dealt with by inter-positioning of the of the panels and by floor trusses between inner and outer frame (cage) which allowed  the construction to stay vertically.

I tried to search to see how many bolts held together the structure and could not find. It's 12 per each prefab panel. Can't find how many panels either. What i found is many other analysis were blaming the bolts for the failure. But not those, the bolts holding together the floor trusses to the walls.

Even with this design (outer-inner cage) building would have behaved differently if the vertical square rolled beams making the outer cage where of one piece from bottom to top or anyways, fewer than one per 3 floors or assembled with a smaller square beam in between called "inner sleeve". This type of joint can take almost as much bending (side compression), shear and buckling as a continuous beam.

When assembled, however, the building had the appearance of outer cage beams being continuous also because of the aesthetic aluminum cladding installed on the outside on top of the each beam. From one of the images below it results some 258 vertical (interrupted every 3 floors) beams all around the building, which makes for 86 panels per each 3 floors, 110 floors, resulting approximately 4,730 prefab panels and 56,760 structural bolts (and nuts). Most of these bolts popped during cascading failure of the building, which apparently was designed in such a way that each the concrete floor turned into dust when falling onto next.

These are called bridge trusses making up the vast floor and connecting inner and outer cages. Thin, nothing like the sound, solid "classical" design seen in the second picture in this post (above), used in all high rise buildings before and after.

This design provided indeed ample floors with no walls in between.

In this image after first impact on South Tower or WTC2 one can see prefab panels taken as a whole at least at one end, caused by failure of bolts. Pieces of the concrete floor missing.

This is a picture of the the exit area of the first hit tower. It was not until i have seen this picture that i realized the failure started at the concrete and steel components of the floors.

After impact, fuel spread across the vast floors caught fire and the expanding concrete and metal trusses making the floor heated by fire started to push, mainly alongside the trusses, and steel decking ribs on top, inner and outer cage against each other in the same time with floor buckling of the floors in other places creating a prying effect on the bolts connecting connecting trusses with the cages and those connecting panels with each other. Floor's structural role in stabilizing the sway of the outer cage in this case reverted to causing buckling of the cage caused by floor elongation (by heat expansion) and gradually breaking the bolts between panels and between cages and floors by prying effect. When enough of those bolts broke the floors started to fall onto each other.

Towers' "revolutionary" tubular design made of only two cages (tubes) (inner and outer) had several major design flaws.

Vast, relatively thin floors, where floors were/are also made of rolled steel beams played only a "minor structural role" compared to outer and inner frame, except sustaining selves, the concrete, and holding the outer cage to prevent sway or buckling. Without floor trusses and steel decking connecting inner and outer cage, the outer cage could not keep its shape, but sway, buckle, or bend inward or outwards and break.

About half of the weight of the floors was supported by a single shell or the outer cage with lack of redundancy. When that frame failed, there was nothing else to prevent the whole building from collapsing.

Ultimately, lack of inner walls and vastness of the floors due to unique design contributed to spreading of fuel and fire almost instantly to an entire half of the building (on several floors), when the floor expanded, heated by fire, and because of the length, the expansion was in the range of several feet.

Thermal expansion during hot summer days and the contraction in the winter times is the reason all bridges made of steel reinforced concrete have expansion gaps, while the roads themselves loose enough heat to the ground underneath not to expand and buckle. But if the temperature raised not with 20 or 50 degrees or whatever but with several hundred degrees, those gaps would not be enough. There is also a thermal inertia which prevents the bridge from heating all the way during the summer days while cooling during night time

Unusual hot summer may have been the cause for collapsing of that bridge in Genoa, Italy.

Another examples of metal structure that expand with heat was supersonic Concorde' fuselage. At 2 times the speed of sound, because of intense friction with the air, Concorde's (and other's supersonic planes) fuselage was expanding as much as one foot while of course the cabin's floor inside stayed at room temperature).

"heating had a significant impact on the construction of Concorde. Perhaps the most important issue designers had to contend with was the fact that heat causes materials to expand. I've seen different values on exactly how much the aircraft expanded, but most sources indicate that the air-frame stretched by 5 to 12 inches (12 to 30 centimeters) at Mach 2. Given the aircraft's normal length of 204 ft (62.2 m), that change amounts to little less than a 5% increase in the size of the Concorde fuselage."

Thermal expansion by heat was the direct cause of failure of only one or two floors. But when those floors fell on to the next one the accumulated weight of all the above floors accelerated by gravity lead to a cascade failure of all the other floors and corresponding walls of the cages. Concrete component of each floor, that was made by a certain recipe, was turning explosively into dust upon hitting the next floor.

There is little doubt in my mind that the towers were designed on purpose like a card castle, to create some day, when the right moments arrives, this type of spectacular frightening failure.

When re-editing this post and was searching for different shapes (sections) of rolled steel (for the purpose of further documenting this blog post) and on a site i found out some shapes are no longer available as a result of America's steel industry decline. There are probably also not many civil engineers left to deal with these kind of things or write on blogs or on forums and actually no more high rise buildings to be built. Or too few to matter.

1:17 Pyramids on Indian territory? They recently cut the trees so the can be seen better. Together with the solar symbols. There is a panel in the parking lot of the museum. Was too tired to enter, sorry. In the panel they were some Indian faces, since 100 years ago. To my opinion, they were all Japanese.

Same thing at Chinook Winds. To those who don't know, Billy Chinook was a famous chief. I doubt he would be very happy if he found out his named was used like this, and in a totally different tribe.

I realy doubt the casinos are operated indeed by the tribes. I only saw once an Indian walking at Ilani and he probably did it for me to see how one looks like. So much for the jobs created by the casinos within the communities. Not even at Thunder Valley, the biggest one, in California. As for the profits that go to individual tribe members, go and see the shopping center called American Market near Spirit Mountain. Who doesn't have pyramids outside but on the logo.

I was at Blue Lake casino in California when a drunk Mexican threatened to kill me. I was with the Police on the phone while he stood behind my car, with one hand not visible. And they didn't hurry to come.

He tried a couple of more times, last time here in the parking lot, dressed like a woman, acting like the wife of "the veteran".

"The veteran" was actually several people. Enough to shave their head and show in the parking lot from the first entrance of building D, on the left across the valley. Far enough for me not to realize who they were, especially after i was treated with smokes. I have identified the first, a Hungarian opera singer,  then the singer known as Pitbull, the wife of one of them, and the last one, Sunday, was channel 12 traffic reporter Tony Martinez.

BTW yesterday Angela had a free room at Chinook Winds hotel. The first time there the room wasn't stinking, only us. From the same source, the contaminated pan of the water heater, that seem to smell worse after pouring in it two cans of oven cleaner. Among others, inside i saw the singer Szia. And a baby in a baby basket on the floor next to the door guarded by two security guards. Many guys in red shirt guarding everyone as i was passing by. Why i keep going in there? I could breathe for 24 hours stink free. In here, tonight, several heavy vehicles with modified exhaust shook the apartment for hours, made the smell come out of that closet with the water heater. After i poured almost one liter of vinegar in it.

2:00 Hit and run. On August 20 2021 i was hit from behind by a truck with metal bars on front (no damage to the truck, after taking those out) while my car was totaled. The policeman who came at the scene started to ask questions like suspecting me i was faking in it and never started a hit and run investigation. It was on I5 at a few miles from the interstate bridge and they were cameras on poles.

But of all unaccounted crimes committed against us there is a prevalent one. Stalking. It happens on the streets or all the places we go. License plate numbers, celebrities present in most unlikely places and times. It looks to me like they feel entitled to. First you cannot be entitled to commit a crime. If it happens hundreds of times a day, they how many have happened in a year or ten?

Endangering. One example. Every time i pass a narrow bridge at night or a curve to the left, scores of cars with modified headlights come and blind me. To me it became a rule and i know what to wait for. At least one hundred times at one trip only.

1:41 It's been 5 years since i go to the casinos. Let me tell you one thing. There's nothing about gambling. The machines are connected in network and there is a control room. If it was real gambling would have been way too boring and uncontrollable. There is at least one camera per machine and they are not about security. In casinos with 2500 machines and 1000 cameras there should be maybe 100 people or ten per camera or something to supervise those. They have some software that does it.

But what else the software does. It analyzes gestures and emotions and gives a feedback to the machine. Even on my 90 dollars Kodak camera there is a smile detector software.

One thing they do is they show you big hands scrolling in front of your eyes when you are bored and tired and can't react creating the need to play more until you see again one of those and eventually stop the reels but the reels can't be stopped in real time, like when you see a big hand. When you decide you should move to a different machine and start looking around, they give you a big hand (no it won't work if you do it again, on purpose, that's why they call it AI). There are numerous other strategies to increase irrational player's desire to continue play and lose money. They have settings and hours when many machines suddenly become loose.

Again all these do not fit the definition of gambling. But how do you prove the slots are not random. How do you define random.

I remember when i first wrote about this. At Chinook, a security guard once came to me and gave me a ticket they said i dropped on the floor and i asked him how they did it and they said they saw me on one of those cameras. I guess it was for convincing me and others who read what i wrote that the cameras are for that purpose. But nobody saw what happened with my ticket last week at Indian Head, even after i asked them.

And then of course remains the question of how did i drop it at such an opportune moment. I can't answer to that but i believe is some sort of mind training or programming, with gestures of other people.

In the early days at Chinook i found money in a machine as someone forgot to pull the ticket but i realized that after a few hands and i thought i won but didn't realize (wasn't sure). However they came within minutes and almost charged me with theft.

There are tests for randomness but again, they might have a setting "back to random" so the test should be done without letting them know. And how do you do that if you suspect a general conspiracy?

Adică acest Ioan Anton comandă o crimă care este executată în 2014 de complicii săi, toți aflați pe teritoriul Irlandei și nu este arestat decât în momentul în care România emite, la 6 ani după crimă, un mandat europol, moment din care el începe să lupte cu procesul de extradiție timp de 18 luni? Adică irlandezii îl protejează timp de 18 luni pentru a nu fi trimis în România, pentru a fi procesat pentru o crimă pe care a comis-o în Irlanda cu 8 ani în urmă?

Mai sunt și alte tărășenii în toată povestea, ce pare cusută cu ață albă, din elemente are realității probabile din Irlanda combinate cu ignoranța irlandezilor despre cum funcționează justiția, dar cea mai mare ciudățenie este iarăși coincidența. 12:57 Am actualizat iar postarea despre Schengen. Nu știu exact pentru ce a dat Tomac Consiliul în judecată, bănuiesc că aș putea să caut, însă motivul ar fi trebuit să fie Consiliul nu și-a respectat propria decizie de a vota statutul de pregătire (readiness) în septembrie 2011 (no later). Rămân la părerea că și Consiliul nu are nici un rol constituțional prevăzut în tratate în verificarea pregătirii (readiness). Pe de altă parte Comisia are numeroase roluri în implementarea și verificarea implementării legilor (tratatelor).

3:56 Last night on I5 i had problems with steering (it happens when the connectors of the battery get loose). In the parking lot at Ilani i found a loose connector which to me seems impossible in the newest setup. Last night i stayed at the car, fixed the connector, and and went to search for Angela inside. It's a two football fields size rectangular place with thousands of machines and people  and that's why i hate it. After about half hour i found her but the signal was strong in all the casino and i tried to convince her and left alone and waited in the car.

Next to me there was a pickup Youcon with and actual orange cone in the bed. Some guys passed and took the cone but the owner of the truck, a Japanese guy came and put another one. After a while they left and another car came, i didn't really pay attention. Before 6 the guy came to stay in the car. They were several guys all around waiting in cars for their partners to come from inside.

About half hour later Angela came, upset because she lost and pulled more money from a card. The guy asked her for a light for his cigarette. He was looking tall, thin and dressed with a flashy jacket. Blond but probably Japanese.

I started the engine and started to backup when he got out of the car, distracting me with his flashy appearance. After i backed up several feet and still taking glimpses of him i saw something in my peripheral view and hit the brakes. Another car that was backing up but coming from a side, parallel with the alley suddenly occupied the space behind me. Then the guy with the flashy jacket standing between my car and his made a sign, trying to stop me when i was already stopped.

Truth is he interfered because i was backing up very slowly being concerned with hitting his open door with the mirror.

Then we left while i was trying to tell Angela that was not a coincidence but some sort of cooperation between several people. And we had a tank 3/4 full of gas. On the freeway all the way to Portland all i did was pass stinking cars. One of them, a smaller SUV, had again a horizontal red light behind but was not a Police car. Again another blond guy who could have been Asian.

After i passed him, i realized he had very bright aftermarket lights and bad sho-shocks and his car was jumping and his lights were flashing as he drove behind me all the way home. Figuring a Police car escorting me while i passed all those cisterns downtown Portland?

11:15 Saturday 6 PM. We left and i insisted to go and wash the car because dirt from the hood was getting on the windshield. However it started to rain again and after i got on I5 i went out of windshield fluid. (Tried to buy something later at the gas station but they only have ... summer fluid, above 32 degrees so i just put some water in). I looked at google maps traffic and there was no big difference between the 2 miles jam on I5 and that on 205 and i took I5 which is 5 miles shorter on my way to Olympia, WA.

When we got at the bridge jam started to clear out and i noticed a 10-20 mW signal inside the car and could not see the tower where it was coming from and the meter was showing a cell phone?

Towards the end of the bridge i was driving in the left lane next to a grey minivan, either a Honda Odyssey or Toyota Sequoia or something similar. Cars so safe nobody ever died in an accident in one of those. I think i saw kids inside. The ninja at the wheel got too close to me and the shoulder in that area is one or two feet wide. Got as far a possible from him without crossing into it (don't know if he crossed the line, could not see, but i think he did).

Have no words and time to described the multitude of vehicles that were harassing us for the 120 miles to Little Creek. But every time i looked and the windows were not tinted i saw Asian people driving.

Very few or only those who ever tried know what a huge effort is to translate a poem and try to keep the same words while making them rhyme and rhythm. But translating from real poets is not as difficult because their language is bound towards universality, on a secret, karmic level. If only the translator can put aside the emotional charge involved with translating from the greatest.

The form of this translation, especially the number of syllables in each verse, is not perfect, as the original in Romanian, but i did my best trying to build an intercultural bridge.

May 8th

12:36 I'm wasted. Been all day. I would cover one hole, another one would pop up. I just went outside and stepped on two that are very close to the "wall" but did not put borax in those. I also believe i put borax in one of those earlier anyways. There is an SUV idling by the mailboxes. We ran late afternoon at Ilani.

Cannot describe what i saw in there. They did everything they could tonight. Saw at least one person from the news, in the parking lot.

Could have been more inside, but i got drunk in the car before i went in there. Angela lost some of her yesterday's gain.

But on our way back home. I was on the left lane just before the bridge after i passed one truck that was in the middle lane then i tried to move myself in the middle lane in front of it because it's safer on the three lane bridge with one ft shoulder.

I saw a faint shadow in the right mirror and i hesitated and that was my luck. There was this crazy hiding behind me, could have been a white Toyota Solara possibly with no headlights on that went in front of the truck where i wanted to go passing me on the right. Then he went zigzagging among other cars and took the first exit.

Going down just before 84 exit. A Radio Cab and one car in front that both took the exit slowed down, the driver having the foot on the brakes on the slope anyways and taillights didn't show a difference. Had to slow from 65 to 45 downhill on the wet asphalt. Could have changed lanes, if i couldn't slow. More just before Terwilliger curves, some guy passed me on the right touching the line, etc..

Yesterday going to Spirit Mt.. There was this huge tan SUV in front of me. Before McMinville (yes, the UFO city) a guy coming from 223 merged on 99 and then went straight into my lane coming from the opposite direction. It wasn't that he missed last part of the curve. He cleared the curve and then veered into my lane. The huge SUV veered right, but still in the lane and avoided it and i did the same and i still had room in the lane and then ample shoulder to maneuver but he went back into his lane. But now that i think. He could not have fallen asleep in that point after merging if he made that curve. Not right away after a rather complicated maneuver.

11:25 They have been hammering all day long at the construction site as i have been sleeping. While in vacation, with all the stress from driving, living in hotels, etc.. i did not have problems, as i came back the next day my urine turned red which indicates blood, partly due to diabetes, partly to the extraordinary high blood pressure because of construction and kids yelling.

Which prompted me to do another search. No, they don't use hammers or nails during building homes or anything in Europe. Nobody there would believe me when i told them that i heard one nail per second for 6 months during re-roofing of the whole complex. In Europe roofs are made of oven burnt clay, which are similar with bricks as durability which are used for walls.

In the US however the walls are made of wooden frames with "drywall" that is aerated gypsum panels inside, fiberwood panels on the outside, wood or plastic siding on top of fiberwood panels and the empty walls are filled with insulation which can be organic or mineral which can be home for the weirdest bacteria and mold known to man, due to presence of sulfur from drywall.

Roofs are made of asphalt shingles each nailed with a number of nails, and depending on quality can shed asphalt in the head of occupants.

Construction of a new home can be a several months or up to one year nightmare for neighbors. Thing is, they don't build much anymore. And since it would have looked weird to destroy the tiny park to build a home in that place, they decided to build a concrete park.

Am calculat pentru dvs. că salariații contribuie la Bugetul de Stat cu 10% (impozitul pe venit) și cu 10% CASS (sănătate), deci cu 20% din venitul lor total de 500 miliarde lei, adică 100 miliarde, restul reținerilor de 25% mergând la Bugetul de Asigurări Sociale care e singurul real.

Deci cine contribuie cu restul până la 300 miliarde? TVA și impozitul pe profit.

Aceste sume, cât e TVA și cât e impozit pe profit nu sunt ușor de găsit, mai caut. (a și TVA plătește tot salariatul, dar nu de pe fluturaș și pe bonul fiscal). Pentru asta, au racordat toate casele de marcat la ANAF.

12:47 Late this evening i went to look at something under the car. As usually, i took pictures with the phone, in places i don't have direct sight. I left the door a bit open and then after spending a few minutes outside, i noticed the smell of a dog poop. I looked for, haven't seen any. I thought the smell might come from inside and got used to it. As i was laying in front of the car, taking pictures with the flash, they dispatched some kidos, some planes, the usual.

A few minutes ago i noticed the smell inside is getting stronger. And then suddenly i realized what happened. When the temperature reached 80 inside i stopped all washing and drying. Got some pillows in the washer, that were spun and ready to dry. But i also forgot to pour some water in the drier, just in case all water from the s valve was gone due to siphoning. Or was stolen. Whatever. Then they shook the building for one hour to bring in both dust and sewer gas from a sewer where they throw in dog poo. I filled the valve and now attempting to air in here, in several stages, as i search for one more guy, but it's been a lot of smell. A towel soaked in water with a drop of chlorine on top of heater.

3:04 Electric sweepers are in great demand, instead of price going down, like for any mass produced items, it goes up. (By example my Bissell vacuum cleaner with bags cost 40 dollars at Walmart). When i bought my sweeper, a few years ago online it was 22 bucks. They are very useful little things, in between vacuuming. With a tiny motor and three small rechargeable batteries, it is amazing the speed that brush rotates at and how fast you can sweep a limited area, be it in the kitchen after cooking or under desk after eating. However. In a year of use it gets so dirty it becomes unusable, though still in trend, still necessary. 

Especially hair getting in the little bearings, dirt covering transparent, unreachable areas. Built well enough to last indefinitely, after that point where it slows down and/or stops rotating being clogged with dirt or hair there is no option for the average user but to throw it away. This morning i took the thing apart (about ten screws, one connector, handle, wheels, etc..) and cleaned all the parts, basically rebuilding it, in a couple hours. Was it worth it? That depends on how much an hour my own maintenance cost. It works like new, even the batteries are holding.

Here's an example of designing things that are not easy to maintain and prone to be thrown away after being underused. A waste of materials, energy, while increasing the pollution burden. I've once been told. It's not the engineers, it's the accountants who decide. Why put more effort into designing more maintainable items when the pressure is to sell more?

10:29 I've been very busy within the last few days searching. One thing was leading to another etc.. Wasn't paying attention around except at times, when i was going to stop the smoke. But right now the smoke is so bad inside it is intolerable and i just don't know what to do anymore. I went outside briefly to take something from the car. A guy with a car parked next to mine on red curb with flashing lights came promptly from a building. Question. Who's gonna clean after, if ever? My guess. After all the gold from this planet will be pumped up on  in Orion constellation with particle accelerators, this planet will burn pretty much like Venus so nobody will remain to remember anything or God forbid. Grow taking advantage of all the resources here and go after or challenge them.

Many would say. Concentration of carbon in the air on Earth increased i don't know, 0.4% in 150 years of industrialization and there is a long time since will reach 99% like on Venus. Wrong. That concentration is merely the final effect, not the cause. All it takes is melting completely the ice caps, which are planet's "air conditioning". After those are gone, it is possible the temperature would go high enough for all the vegetation to dry up and then of course burn and that would be your runaway effect, and that will probably consume much of the oxygen in the atmosphere, without possibility of regenerating, capisci?

BTW anybody asked themselves why the world's biggest particle accelerator is in Switzerland where world's most numerous gold bunkers are. Instead of directing two beams with vaporized gold ions into each other at near the speed of light, you can redirect the beams to a direction in space.

6:20 Just took Angela to work, i needed the car to work on it a little today. As i pulled in the spot, a teenager from Apt.4 popped in front of the car, coming from where? at 6 AM. The smoke was rather vague, and the soft spots and mounds were moved away from building. No, nobody is bothering me when i go to step on those, doing the rain dance, when there is smoke there is nobody in the buildings, they probably got tunnels to move people in and out. But when i stepped back towards the door, i saw a black cat with a bell running away scared from under deck and i can only guess what it was doing there. Kinda absent minded, not necessarily hight.
