Took the title out of a forum. But i knew it for a long time. There is a link between the two and i'm going to try to explain it. Doctors don't know because they don't look at this from the mechanical point of view. Here is a video called just like that. The mechanics of breathing.
You don't have to look more than a few seconds at this video to realize diaphragm plays most important role in breathing. But you don't have to look more than a few seconds and the second video to realize what i'm trying to say. They don't regard it as a whole. Can't and wouldn't find an animation that would actually show both motions in the same time. Cause they didn't though of it.

What is hiatus hernia? Diaphragm is a large dome shaped muscle that separates the abdominal and thoracic cavities and also plays an important role in breathing.
Hiatus hernia is when you stomach pushes through you diaphragm and actually the tip of the stomach starts to actually pass through the hole in the diaphragm. It also happens of mechanical causes. Two of them actually. One is gas in the abdominal cavity due to gas retention. Second is nasal congestion. Nasal congestions make breathing more difficult and when the thorax expends not enough air gets in the lung creating a partial vacuum that also "sucks" the stomach through the diaphragm.
Heart does not sit there loose on the diaphragm If it was like that it would move all the time and press against the sponge like, soft lungs. It is anchored both on diaphragm and thoracic wall with what they call connective tissue. Also on top of it is the aortic arch, vena cava that won't allow the heart to raise too much during breathing. As a result, if diaphragm raises too much because of gas and congested breathing it will simply start squeezing the heart. Also the tip of the stomach raisng through the diaphragm will start touching the heart interfering with expanding.
Heart like any muscle can only contract. For the left atrium to get filled with blood heart relies only on venous pressure which is low close to nothing cause blood returning from tissues doesn't have much pressure. If heat gets raised too much by the rising diaphragm it will simply would not have enough room for the left atrium to expand under the pressure of venous blood. It will also twist the heart because it is also anchored on the thoracic wall interfering with the heart's pacemaker. In other words the whole mechanics of the beating of the heart are affected by the combination of nose congestion and abdominal gas retention.
Usually this happens a lot to sedentary people who sit all they at a computer desk. As soon as you start to move gas will eliminate from you abdominal cavity making more room to heart to beat. Also sober people realize when they have a severe nose congestion and start open the mouth to breath.
Trouble begins when under influence of substances like alcohol or drugs. I will not enter now in the details but basically you don't realize you are having difficulties breathing through the nose or you are full of intestinal gas. If that situation gets prolonged in time it may actually lead to heart failure or even death because heart not be able to fill enough with venous blood due to lack of room to expand.
I personally when i have palpitation i simply try and start breathing on my mouth and they go away eventually. My nose congestion also occurs because of vapors of hydrochloric acid coming from stomach again due to hiatal hernia. As soon as i go for a walk and breath on my mouth for a few minutes the stomach gets back into the abdominal cavity and everything gets back to a more normal physiology.
To help falling asleep at 2 Angela started the radio on Coast to Coast AM. It helps her forget other things. People with friendly voices talking weird things at night. But they are a ray of sanity in the hell we're living. Calm voices talking about whatever. I was laying in bed listening since 2 AM. A pastor talking about the elites. But first thing i heard was about some weird stuff he just heard about a study saying that people who swear are more intelligent than others. Then i'be been thinking.
Only people who ever been transplanted into another culture know the differences. Even swearing is cultural. In the US, as he said, is threatening cause most of the times precedes other unwanted actions. In other cultures as mine is also about venting frustrations but is more rarely followed by other actions like punishment or even violence. Is venting only and often has a bit of humor in it. They even had a saying there and then. "Dogs who bark don't bite". LOL i believe it's universal.
My mind then flew of course at what the pope said the about crafty snakes. Being crafty involves intelligence. People with higher IQ swear more as the pastor just said. Could it had been related with what the pope said. Probably. Cause in the end the guy at the radio of course threw some Trump in there too trying to blend everything he said into one coherent sermon but the main ingredient, logic, seemed to elude him in the most essential parts.
On the radio, everything is related with everything that just happened. Cause all it maters in media is whatever it can be said about the very present that may bring hopes for the future.
I don't think Trump brought in the higher economics. But what that really means. It means everybody who own stocks got richer by 30% in the last year. Including retirement funds, but also foreign funds.
I once got so frustrated with the obvious intrusive anti-social actions of a corporation, can't remember which, i started to try to track ownership of that corporation. So i found out that the corporation was owned by a bunch of funds that is each owned by again corporations who again are owned by funds owned by corporations... until i saw that first corporation is actually on a list of corporations owning parts of a fund that was owning that corporation. In other words, they own selves. All corporations are owned by funds which in the end are owned by themselves. There is no end to it. Can't possibly find anybody responsible of anything. Can't remember exactly how the mechanism it's called but in the end it's all about tax evasion and evading all social responsibility. So who really are the elites?
Back then i even built a Google sheet based on NASDQ list. For those who don't know what NASDAQ is. It's a list of 100 companies (for simplifying things, there are actually several slightly versions of NASDQ) that among others are traded continuously on the market. NYSE, name it. From that list they extract a weighted average, a simple one wouldn't work cause the dollar price of each stock was different at the beginning and changed even more in time. That weighted average gives the NASDQ index. Through continuous ownership changes of different stock of different companies each times a stock is being sold at different prices we have an ever changing dollar value of the corporation and NASDAQ index.
What does it mean when those indexes (NASDAQ, Dow Jones, etc.) get higher 30 percent in one year? One positive thing i see here is private pensions funds getting higher that is they will yield at the same percentage, higher returns. However. The percentage of people who put their money in a retirement fund is small. Judging only buy the amount of US budget allocated for Social Security of 1.39 trillions in 2017 which translates to 1800 a month for a retiree on SS. At least by a simple division of that number to the number of retirees and unemployed, (could not find reliable data to separate as budget).
I was thinking about writing a paragraph here about how small is the other social segment who could also benefit from higher dividends and of course about the benefit of growth through reinvestment. But since i failed to discover who they are are or better said i discovered they actually own themselves in a closed circle of cross ownership it seems irrelevant or better said that social segment does not exist.
The heavy, negative aspect though is, out of no reason at all all corporations with all fixed assets basically unchanged, production level unchanged, demand and price of goods unchanged, sellings unchanged out of nothing got more expensive respect to the dollar and that can't mean other than long term inflation. In the end there is no long term winner of sudden higher market indexes. It's only society loosing buying power through inflation.
But what i wrote above is only a tiny fraction of what went to my mind at that hour. My own problems.
At this point i really wished i could record my own thoughts. If i had a such device i wouldn't have to push myself, out of frustration, at 5 AM to type all this stuff. And this phrase i just wrote actually made it easier for me.

We all don't know what exactly is conscience but we know, from studies and direct intuition that is very slow. The conscious side of the brain is slower in speed to even earliest computers. It is measured in bits per seconds.
"A new way to analyze human reaction times shows that the brain processes data no faster than 60 bits per second."
I think we peak usage of brain capacity when we learn. A student listening to a teacher in a classroom probably processes most information humans can. But even though it is extraordinary small and slow.
However, on the other hand, studies tell us the "whole" brain capacity that includes the conscious part is still at least one order of magnitude higher that fastest supercomputers.
That can only mean one thing. The conscious mind is nothing but a minor part of our brain. Its processing speed is lower than some of our senses. It is only witnessing, though partially and intermittently what is happening with the rest of it. It is probably just another sense. That of being or existing and connecting with our memories and giving us the illusion we are in charge of our decisions.
However that part of brain that is actually making sense of everything is probably connected to the rest through much faster connections. That can only mean it's a burden to our brain as far as resources.
We all know brain working at peak capacity can take up to 30% of human body resources, including oxygen and nutrients. So in a way it's a luxury to sit and think consciously of random things. As some would say, idle thinking (which is actually sanctioned in certain cultures). In reality we integrate in a collective and have precise specialized tasks we do repetitively that is saving us lots of brain resources. In time brain learns anything it needs to do that task and becomes more and more efficient. Though "idle", not heavily motivated and not under stress thinking is a type of meditation that can bring about some of the best solutions or decisions.
Let's not forget here that using those resources also create heat in the brain. How much heat. Brain during normal or better said average functioning can take let's say 50 Watts or the same as an old incandescent bulb. But at what power it can peak? That probably depends of brain's capacity of eliminating heat and this among other things suggests bald people have a higher peak capacity. (Maybe that's why in some cultures people shave their head, like the samurai did in the past, to get them an advantage in brain power (usage) during fights). Observing this simple heat consumption and eliminating phenomenon i believe we can safely conclude that a person with bigger skull surface can peak at higher brain activity and eliminate more heat than a more normal or average built one one and also can "super-cruise" at idle, thus allowing more processes, some uncontrolled consciously, to exist.
There are cultures that inflict skull deformation to their children (because at same volume a sphere has the least surface, in our model for heat elimination), others who shave them when young and the rest of their lives. Most troubling, some whole ethnic groups even mutate into having an elongated skull. Needless to say. For some of the biggest surface even brain waves might be different than those of normal people.
Collective work means we give up any decision power regarding personally distributed tasks except for minor arrangements. We at jobs are totally dependent of the work environment, bosses and colleagues. We learn and have to rely more and more on others for surviving. As for the task itself we cannot bring any improvement though many of us have constantly ideas of how it can be done better or improving the functionality of the products of our work. That can also bring lots of frustration. That is when you begin to question the social usefulness of your work. Work becomes suffering and that's why salary sometimes is called compensation.
Conscious thinking which takes so many brain resources because the need to bring upfront or in the immediate memory informations necessary for making a decision, or bringing to self things to consider which actually gives you the sense of existing, is by design slowed to a minimum and it can at times be intermittent when it stops altogether for even seconds, and it is also shuts down during sleep, fainting and hypnosis. In other words, it has several distinct ways of functioning.
I once asked a guy from an ambulance what is actually fainting. What happens physiologically. And he said in one word. Resetting. When under too much stress, simply resetting neurotransmitter levels. You faint, the conscious side of you shuts down and everything resets. When you wake up you are at least calm though a bit frightened. That is i imagine it is, i never did actually faint though many times i thought i was close and also been several times under general anesthesia.
Last night while i was thinking or better said meditating i needed badly to search the web for one thing. Testimonials of those who experienced being hypnotized. I just did it. Most sites say hypnosis is close to sleep and brings about relaxation after. I think it is not. My hypothesis i'm just testing says you should be actually brought while not resisting or with your own accept in a state so uncomfortable it tricks the brain into thinking its own temperature is about to raise so much you actually would faint, and it decides it is safer to shut down its conscious part simply to cool down. However not completely (Obviously some parts or brain activities can never be shut down).
Since humans are social beings which through evolution learned to rely on others while in a personal crisis, or in the moment when they become less conscious brain actually instinctively accepts suggestions bypassing its own decision-making functionality. Automatically assuming those suggestions are friendly or necessary for individual survival within the group.
One first consequence of accepting the above theory is that hypnosis is actually a form, though controlled and declared ethic, of bullying. Another is bullying is instinctive and a primitive form of correcting members of society. That is through bullying one becomes suggestionable and ideas that are not of his own or he is resisting learning are attemptedly placed directly into his subconscious mind.
I'm not going to go now into saying shamanism is a form of bullying and hypnosis cause it seems pretty obvious. Sometimes the shaman himself through some ritual (that is used for mnemonic purposes) places himself in a state of self induced and controlled hypnosis though with a different purpose, that of reducing his own consciousness to a minimum just to relocate some of his brain power though again controlled through a precise ritual in a state where he can bring others in a state hypnosis and suggestibility.
From here there is one more step to media (note the chilling, unsettling relationship of the word media with medium) induced suggestibility and that is also so obviously happening all the time around us.

It's been almost 24 hours since i started to write this blog post. Got awakened after 4 hours of sleep. Thinking on another theory. All social beings, starting with ants and ending with humans have to have some mechanism that holds the group in place. A psycho-physiological mechanism of course that is probably made up primarily of gesture and language. We also saw in the last century and all the time around us that for humans is not ideas or any other superior or cognitive functionality of our brains that mostly brought us together. So i figure there's got to be another, more low level functionality that's doing the trick, besides the mere fact we don't have where else to go and have to live in a society.
We know from animal behavior that usually after confrontations between the most fit adults one emerges as leader. Once established as such all the others submit unconditionally. There's got to be some hard-wiring in their brains and physiology that makes it possible. The deep motivation of this evolutionary step is probably at some species there are advantages living in groups of certain sizes and obeying one leader. If not for saving resources of the brains other than leader's by not being used at peak capacity all the time.
Though human society is quite old and after written language has been discovered and used for millennia i think we can assume humans tend to free themselves from this type of society or unconditional, instinctive submission towards a leader. Some would assume oral and written language was the reason we started to be aware of ourselves or gain our conscious mind. One thing is sure. There would be no conscience without language cause we cannot see observe ourselves without describing it to ourselves in concepts, that is language.
However, if through evolution at some distant point we gained basic or root social behavior patterns embedded at the lowest level in our brains, that will always kick in in certain situations prevailing over our consciousness, we may call that it the urge to submit or be submitted.
If there are enough members of a society willing to give in to those basic behavioral pattern, a submission type of social relationships will prevail.
There is a guy in the history of psychology who have studied just this. Mesmer. From lack of better knowledge, he theorized that "a natural energetic transference that occurred between all animated and inanimate objects that he called animal magnetism, sometimes later referred to as mesmerism." Because of his enunciations and personal experiences i may have come to think today that this animal magnetism is actually a form of communication of an archaic evolutionary type, most likely of the seismic type https://www.google.com/search?q=seismic+communication
What if this so called animal magnetism is also used, besides gestures, attitudes and unfortunately basic language for establishing and maintaining submission withing a group.
We also know from sites of the ever expanding internet, from people who are talking motivated by the reason of extending their network of knowledge that there is a similar concept in what we call extreme oriental martial arts, which are based on millennial observations, reflections and practices some may call philosophy or religion. It is called at least in Japanese shin shin shin gan.
However i believe establishing submission, even only partially or temporarily may be achieved today with language accompanied by gestures and other more shamanic like manifestations like psychedelic or any of the branches of the mainstream music we may classify as hypnotic. Repetitive phrases, all spectrum sound, from the lowest frequency (base) to the highest like cymbals, repetitive melodies are all capable of inducing some type of submission. If not to remind here only of the fandom or even the so called "groupie" phenomena. Because of giving in to boredom we all turn our radios in the car and causally listen to music and we are all touched by it.
But what if lets say through accumulating knowledge over the millennia there are groups among us that may be either more evolved, like physiologically or genetically or smarter, as culture or both that may have genetic traits or abilities capable of submitting more starting within their own society then applying to others.
With greater competition among their own society, when they come in contact with others and spread around world they may give into thinking that are superior and have the duty of submitting everybody else or the whole world.
I wrote about and don't have time to search right now. Populations living at high altitudes have adapted to live on less oxygen concentration in the air and in their blood. Once they descend, for any reason, individually or as a migration, they will find themselves in an environment richer in oxygen. Suddenly they will become smarter and more powerful and seen and searched for by the others as leaders. Or as gods.
We all know from depictions of Indian deities that some or most are painted in blue. From today's science we have the oxymeters that measure the level of the oxygen by the color of the blood. By inserting a finger inside it is measured how red is the blood. Blood with more oxygen is redder. Which many agree that is perceived as a lack of blue. The other way around, the blood with less oxygen in it appears bluer.
Could those gods from Indian mythology be no others than populations living in the heights of Himalaya in countries like today's Nepal. Could it be about the popular concept enunciating people of noble descend are said to be of "blue blood".
If so they probably started to believe about themselves being magical. They might have started to learn the effects or the influence they have on other people and build a system of beliefs about selves including mnemonics about best strategies to submit masses of other's populations. Could this had been the Maya system mentioned i will mention bellow.
There is a population within today's Nepal who call themselves Magars and also say are related to the Magyars or Hungarians of Europe, Magyar being the name Hungarians call themselves. Even the name Magyar may suggest magic but there is a sequence of Chinese characters of syllables that pronounces close to the name Magyar and that can be translated as Magic Noble People and a variant of it that can be translated similarly as Magic High[land] People. 魔高人, 魔贵人.
Here is a song provided for listening to the pronunciation of the name of Hungary in their language, or Magyarorszag. Note the combination with the word orszag from which szag means land. Could it be because of the fusion with the early hunic population which may had been of Sumerian origin. Original Hungarian or Magyar writing is based on a variant of runic alphabet which may also be descendant of cuneiform which originates in Sumer, Mesopotamia with one of the earliest settlements in Ur.
There is a number of Hungarians scholars today that say Hungarian is of Sumerian origin. Others who say it is related to Asian languages such as Japanese. In reality i think it's a mixture of both, with late Slavic additions followed by the migration of southern Slavs or Serbs while being pushed north of Danube by the expansion of Ottomans. Pretty much as the names shows.

Needless to say. The capital of today's Hungary, Budapest [ˈbudɒpɛʃt], was not called Budapest until the end of the 19th century which in Europe was known as the century of the lights. Before that it was simply called Buda. One of the deities worshiped to this day in Nepal is the nagas. Nagy, meaning great in Hungarian or better said Magyar, is a common last name in this country and as adjective means great. Was this an early example of reverse psychology type of illuminism for the end of that century.

Don't know exactly what all these means. Being small in numbers they always worked in secrecy infiltrating and using other nations for their doings. A large migration from South (Serbs) and another one from West (Germans) provided with completing their genes with European ones which explains the look of at least their actors, over an established culture of conquerors. But the decisive step was probably the scientific and technological secrets discovered around around Bosnian pyramids which then was part of the Austro-Hungarian Empire. Bosnian pyramids are a few miles away from Sarajevo or the place where WWI started in 1914, several years only after the erection of Eiffel Tower and Tesla's Tower in Long Island and followed by Bolshevik Revolution. But i think at that time something went wrong for them maybe there was a conflict within the Austro- Hungarian Empire that delayed their efforts to master the whole world starting with that period. Probably underground anonymous opposition prevents or delaying it from openly happening today.
There is more proof in Romania about migrations [thus strengthening the possibility] of populations from far East on the silk trade, probably earlier than Magars. In central eastern Romania (Bacău, Roman) there is a population who call themselves Changu. Also catholicized, they resisted attempts to be Magyarized and in the end very few speak their ancient language.
Friday morning Jan-21-2018 @7 AM i went to Walmart on Dartmouth St. in Tigard (pronounced like the word tiger) to buy a few things like bottled water, frozen fish and chips, ice-cream, etc.. In there i thought i saw a woman who looked to me like a model, maybe South American or Islander. Exotic. Tall, brunette, looking in her thirties or forties. When i got home i went again over a video with many artists including Joan Jett i commented about very early that day. Basically what i said was i don't understand why is she included in a top ten of female guitarists since she doesn't do much on guitar except for a lot of noise. Yeah she's good looking and she sings (very loud) but when it comes to the instrument itself, i never saw her doing a solo. What i realize now is it could have been a set up or that video was push to me by you-tube as a suggestion with a purpose as it happened so many times. Anyways can't remember how i started looking at and i don't care. But i did and she showed hours later at Walmart.

Deportations of illegals with even minor crimes in their records. Though it could be just a work of media to bring those up. Personally i believe mass deportations by the order of Trump are not happening. Never heard of Police ICE before this. Must be a Trump thing always related to colder times symbolism. Though last Saturday at the casino after the last buses with retirees left around 8 in the evening making room like usually for the locals mostly Latinos, i saw a totally different crowd, maybe part of Mexican or other Latino countries' aristocracies. Tall, nice Latino women stepping with strange, little steps and looking shy.
A "Pol-ish doctor arrested [again] for crimes he committed [and payed for] more than 20 years ago and ready to be deported. That is if he sees a judge". The news was about the day before but he was actually arrested sometime at the beginning of the last week or a week ago today. Again having big problems with lack of time stamps or time reporting in American news. In the US and UK it's really hard to figure the time a certain event happened. However one of the reports was bragging about him being detained for a week without seeing a judge. Yeap, January 16 though first reported on 20.
But is any of these true. Let's look first at his name. His last name Lukasz though spelled a bid differently is not common only in Poland but also in Hungary. There is a relatively recently news about something like this.
Also. I always suspected George Lucas himself the re-creator in the US of Japanese style movies jidai-geki-knights was some sort of Eastern European. I mean aren't them all in Hollywood. "He is of German, Swiss-German, English, Scottish, and distant Dutch and French descent." Right. An area of the world described in that line where the name Lucas as last name is not very common. Fortunately there is no picture on the web with Lucas without a beard of goatee so we can clearly see his face.
Since i came in the US i always felt like i've been treated differently. I first thought it was "the cultural difference". Recently i came to realize that people might have believed i was in fact somebody else, like somebody named Nicu. Again everything that follows is about things i discovered in the last few years. I had no idea of them prior to an email from an ex HS class mate @2012 or after i started to write a blog, a guy who looked like Freddy Mercury (and appeared to have been alive and well at the time, in Romania as i spoke with him on the phone). In that email he sent me pictures from the 2004 reunion which i missed though i've been in Romania just before that happened. I put all those pictures in one of my early posts (that might contain some mistakes). For the first time i realized some if not most looked like emerging celebrities at that time. I had a colleague that looked like Joan Jett (second upper left). And i should remind here about the special school or class King Michael of Romania attended, who was made of kids brought from all over Romania. It was called "the palatine class" from the word palate i presume. The guy who was responsible or coordinated al these, at least Tehnoton HS B class of 79 is none but Ronald Lauder, the son of Estee, of Hungarian Jewish origin, standing 5th from right, then in his forties, trying to look like a HS kid. And at least to me he did (a few years later as a college student i got to stay in his house, then Păcurari 33, Iași with a guy who looked like Sir Paul, and across the hallway a girl who looked like...). He also looks strikingly like the Vegas shooter and i think i talked to him for hours at Chinook Winds Casino this time in English in the fall of 2016 while yes, playing video poker next to him.
You can't see it when looking at her early pictures. She's a bit exotic, maybe a bit Caribbean like Ryhanna.
Ok. I believe everybody started to get bored a bit of what i wrote above and in general of my writings. Me too i'm kinda fed up with everything as i realized by now what's going on and the state of hopelessness we're all in. However, every time i say i was going to stop something new pops. Intriguing or as it happened today, infuriating.

About my arrest and everything that happened around that time in 1996 i wrote in several posts. Charges were dismissed two years later following an agreement with the DA. But the judge (Judge Stocker, note the symbolism, now retired or dead, he was an older guy) never signed the agreement.
Around 2006 i wanted to apply for citizenship. In the app form there is question with a checkbox asking to check if i ever was arrested. Then if you checked yes you had to attach the record. I had some older records and i wanted to get the new ones from that court. However Sheriff Garry E. Lucas said the record was destroyed. It seemed awkward to me. How can i attach a record even if i have it if it was destroyed in the originating court? It was obvious i needed an attorney to help me fill the forms and i did not have the money and it also seemed awkward to me. From the many things that happened to me to that day i came to loose confidence in any. So i just gave up.
Today i just came to realize why that report was destroyed. Please take a look at the handwriting in this document of the Police of the City of Vancouver. Especially at the letter F of the officer Foster who signed the document. (for best view, right click, open in new tab then click to zoom).
And compare it to the F of the signature of Jackie Fox. Also the signature on the right seem to be of Cherie Currie. I was arrested by the Runaways. However, the jail i spent a night in, the courtroom and everything else belong to the City of Vancouver, WA. I was beaten, pepper sprayed and falsely arrested and indicted by two Police Officers of the Police of the City of Vancouver, WA, impersonated by two singers in 1996 USA and i got the proof. But i didn't know this until a few years ago. Statutes of limitations bla bla.

Now i know why billionaire Adamescu, the owner of the newspaper was here to visit the guy upstairs sometime in the first days of January 2017. I saw him when he climbed down the stairs, with another guy with a moustache who got arrested days later. Adamescu now is officially dead after being imprisoned, he was just another actor, now retired.

Two questions here before we become all losers and forget all history before even knowing it. Why some people would call in their own language country as orszag (szag in Hungarian being a suffix witch means land? Also in an on older spelling since around 1200, orzag).
Why the similarities of an Uralic language with Mongolian? (There are many others that i know of but i will stop here for now)...
It will be a while until we're gonna see the history of the climate west of Ural Mountains on Wikipedia. But i found something else: "The Nordic Bronze Age was initially characterized by a warm climate that began with a climate change around 2700 BC. The climate was comparable to that of present-day central Germany and northern France". Probably the same thing happened east of Scandinavian world or the area of the first map corresponding to Uralic languages.
We know Sumer, at list the city of UR was established at least 3800 BC. Couldn't be they grew to the point they felt like spreading out throughout the world in places rich in minerals like gold and copper for bronze or simply milder climate? Could that climate change had affected their own world, making it too hot for large scale agriculture based on flooding of the two rivers?
It is true Eurasia is a big continent but that did not prevent people from oldest times to cross it in every possible way, if not only for the "late" silk road trade. Today's theories though neglect or suppress any such heresy.
It could so happen that some people after migrations may have met with their own ancestors, either merging like Sumerians, Turks, Magars and Slavs or fighting each other over gold like Romans and Dacians.

Qi or Chi, vital force, could it be the fifth element in eastern alchemy?
I always thought the four elements present in both eastern and western alchemy - possibly borrowed from each other - who knows - represent in fact the four states of matter with a fifth one - or the qintessence in the west, the hypothetical aether in which Tesla, the great inventor, "believed".
Today we're past that. We know the fifth state of matter is Einsntein-Bose condensate though in public's conscience everything has vanished. If we asked today 10 people on the street what are the 4 states of matter and which is the fifth, what are they going to say? Indeed, we are past that. Under the constant pressure of media, nobody cares about anything but big bums of divas. Could it be also because of the brainwashing power of movies of which we may note the title. Fifth element. Who remembers which were the other 4?
To make things even more complicated we also have in physics 5 fundamental forces of which only 4 we know the fundamentals or laws of fields or particles beyond them. Also 5 senses described metaphorically in the most important Buddhist Sutra.
Of course things wouldn't be complete without a kuji-kiri matrix. Which is... 4 by 5. Though i don't see there any of the name of the elements naming lines or columns. There is nothing we know scientifically about this and what it may represent.

Most types of molecules that can exist both in gaseous and liquid form are not symmetrical, both mechanically and electrically. There is a distribution of mass and electrical charge within the molecule which can result in molecule having a rotation moment that can be exchanged with other molecules and into linear momentum and back.
Let's imagine we have a semi filled container with a single type of molecules with uneven spatial distribution of mass and electrical charges and some of it exists in gas form above the surface of liquid where there is a continuous exchange of molecules from the liquid phase into gas phase and back.
There is a continuous motion of molecules which stands for the temperature and pressure of the mass of that liquid.
Due to spatiality of the electrical charges the molecules in liquid form tend to arrange in a matrix like pattern at least temporarily and in limited volumes. Electrostatic forces between water molecules in a liquid are also called hydrogen bonds.

Molecules moving "freely" in gaseous form have much higher speeds because their pressure have to equate the pressure of the more numerous but slower moving molecules in liquid form. Also it is thought gas molecules in a closed container move around following a Maxwell-Boltzmann distribution of their linear speeds.
Molecules in both phases besides linear speed that creates pressure have a rotation speed that also carries energy.
All molecules in both phases move around in complex patterns. Those in liquid phase oscillate around in a circular motion and move linearly together in wave like patterns within a matrix.
In the gas phase there is rotation and "random" linear motion between two collisions when molecules exchange linear and rotation speed while molecules with higher energy loose some to those with lower.
At the surface there is a continuous exchange of molecules between gas and liquid.
Rotation moment of the molecules caught in the matrix of a liquid is more uniform then the rotation moment of molecules in gas form because of hydrogen bonds.
The distribution of momentum and energy necessary for the molecules to escape from the liquid is also within a narrower band than normal distribution or just above the energy necessary to break electric bondage at the surface while the energy lost by molecules moving within a normal distribution that are "caught" at the surface of the liquid varies within a normal distribution. (Maxwell-Boltzmann). However they collide right away with the other molecules in gas form and go back to a normal distribution of speed.
However heat pumps have one area where molecules are converted from gaseous form to liquid (condensation) and another one where liquid is converted back to gas (evaporation). Evaporated or escaped molecules do not meet right away with those of a normal distribution.
We can say the two surfaces separating gas and liquid phase in a heat pump can play the role of the gate in Maxwell's experiment, regulating "entropy" by changing the distribution of gas molecule from normal distribution to a narrow band distribution.
We know from practice that heat pumps are over unity devices (producing more energy than consume).
Multă lume nu știe ce e guvernarea. Guvernarea e administrarea (cheltuirea) bugetului. Iată aici toate datele importante cu sumele la ministere, numărul angajați, cheltuieli în afară de salarii, etc. Nu contează practic cine guvernează, tot ce contează e acest buget care a fost votat în Parlament la începutul anului prin două! legi ale bugetului pe anul în curs (primele două link-uri din această pagină de pe cdep.ro). Puteți vedea din graficele acestea că în acest buget sunt niște sume foarte mari de zeci de miliarde de lei care nu știm unde se duc (dispar).

Printre altele. Acest grafic de mai jos arată. Chelutieli în afară de salarii, 5 miliarde la Ministerul de Interne, 23 miliarde la Ministerul Agriculturii, 9 miliarde la Transporturi 5 miliarde la Sănătate și 5 la educație care nu știm unde se duc. (Banii pentru medicamente și materiale sanitare la sănătate sunt doar 184 milioane, iar pentru hrană 9 milioane).
O diagramă cu numărul de paturi de spital din diferite țări. România are 61 la 10 mii de locuitori. Asta înseamnă oficial 122.000 paturi de spital. În Bugetul Ministerului Sănătății la pagina 18 din acest fișier se arată cifra de 7.993 mii lei pentru hrană. Dacă împărțim această cifră la 365 de zile și la 122.000 paturi spital găsim cifra de 17 bani pe zi/pat spital. O situație similară o găsim la penitenciare. Și într-un caz și în altul dacă nu le aduce cineva hrană de acasă bolnavii/deținuții nu pot să supraviețuiască.
Am luat de pe un forum niște sume în legătură cu costul construirii autostrăzilor. În Polonia în 2012 un km de autostradă a costat în funcție de numărul de benzi și teren între 15 milioane și 30 de milioane de euro pe km, asta în lei ar fi cam 100 de milioane pentru 2 benzi pe sens pe teren combinat (șes și munți). Bugetul Ministerului Transporturilor pe 2018 în afară de salarii este de peste 9 miliarde de lei și ar ajunge pentru construcția a 90 de km de autostradă. Din nou nu știm unde se duc aceste 9 miliarde de lei.
Despre situația pensiilor de la Ministerul Muncii am mai scris pe larg aici.
O altă situație inexplicabilă este la Ministerul Agriculturii cu o sumă de 23 de miliarde (5 miliarde de euro) care se duc probabil pentru subvenționarea firmelor străine care dețin și lucrează cele mai mai mari suprafețe de terenuri din România.
Toate acestea în contextul unui deficit bugetar (diferență între venituri și cheltuieli) acoperit de împrumuturi de cca 36 miliarde de lei sau 10 miliarde de dolari. Pagina 32 Anexa 1 Legea 2/2018.

De câteva zile am urmărit ipoteza conform căreia în România nu există numărul de pensionari arătat de autorități la Institutul Național de Statistică și Ministerul Muncii. Ceva ce am bănuit cu mai multe luni în urmă.
Există în România o entitate juridică cunoscută celor care s-au pensionat, menționată uneori vag în presă. Casa Națională de Pensii Publice din România. Ea a fost înființată în 2010 prin
După cum se poate vedea din pagina asociată din baza de date de la Camera Deputaților, de atunci ea a suferit multe metamorfoze. Forma inițială trimisă la promulgare, se află într-un pdf chiar la început în rama de mai sus și este greu de citit. Însă modificările ulterioare, găsite în josul paginii, după lista de acte juridice pe care le abrogă, nici măcar nu încerc, mi se pare prea complicat. Am căutat în textul legii cuvintele "ministerul muncii" și nu le-am găsit. Am găsit în schimb o sub-pagină în site-ul Ministerul Muncii care arată că CNPP este o "Instituție aflate în subordinea/ sub autoritatea ministerului".
La o altă pagină a site-ului Ministerului Muncii avem un pdf cu date statistice care arată printre altele numărul de pensionari din România, puțin peste 5 milioane, care este același cu numărul arătat de Institutul Național de Statistică, ale cărui date sunt preluate de Biroul Electoral central.
Mai departe am încercat să investighez problema folosind mijloace contabile.
De pe net de pe diverse site-uri identice am găsit procentajul contribuțiilor de pensii din salariul brut și raportul contribuției angajați/angajatori.
Ele ar fi după cum urmează.
26,3%, pentru condiții normale de muncă (din care 10,5% pentru contribuția individuală a salariatului și 15,8% pentru contribuția datorată de angajator);
31,3%, pentru condiții deosebite de muncă (din care 10,5% pentru contribuția individuală a salariatului și 20,8% pentru contribuția datorată de angajator);
36,3%, pentru condiții speciale de muncă și pentru alte condiții de muncă, așa cum sunt prevăzute de Legea pensiilor (din care 10,5% pentru contribuția individuală a salariatului și 25,8% pentru contribuția datorată de angajator).
La ora când scriu această postare, 11 seara, luni 1 ianuarie în România, site-ul Casei Naționale de Pensii https://www.cnpp.ro/en/buget-bass a intrat în mentenanță și nu poate fi accesat. Ieri am putut însă descărca de pe site ceea ce ei numesc Bugetul Casei Naționale de Pensii. Oricum era imposibil de văzut pentru cei care nu au instalat aplicația Microsoft Office. Așa că am ridicat eu acel fișier pe Google drive care l-a convertit în html:
Tot "bugetul" CNPP este 58,029,360 mii lei iar raportul între contribuțiile angajaților și angajatorilor în "bugetul" de mai sus este 31,210,818 mii lei la 13,119,968 adică 2.378 și arată că majoritatea contribuțiilor erau în 2017 în zona "condiții speciale de muncă" (25,8% angajator 10,5% angajat).
Acest "buget" mai arată că angajatorii și angajații și-au plătit contribuțiile pentru pensie în anul 2017 (Dacă împărțim suma de 13,119,968,000 la 12 luni și la 4,700,000 (numărul de salariați din România adică 1,2 milioane bugetari, 0,4 milioane angajați la firme de stat și 3,1 la firme private) găsim suma de 232 de lei adică aproape de 10% din salariul mediu de 2400 lei).
Ministrul Muncii a arătat la un moment dat că aproape jumătate din angajatori nu au plătit contribuțiile. Această intervenție a ei de atunci a fost pentru influențarea publicului în sensul acceptării așa zisei reforme fiscale, prin trecerea contribuțiilor în totalitate la angajați.
Pe site-ul Camerei Deputaților se află pagina procesului legislativ al Legii bugetului de stat pe anul 2018. PL-x nr. 567/2017 La Anexa 3 avem lista "principalilor ordonatori de credite". Printre aceștia regăsim Ministerul Muncii, alți ordonatori de credite, mai mici sau mai mari, dar nu Casa Națională de Pensii. Am luat această listă și am încărcat-o într-un fișier pe Google drive. Dacă se adună totalul bugetelor fiecărui ordonator de credit se cade chiar pe suma Bugetului de Stat. Ordonatorul nr.12 este omis din listă în anexă dar dacă ar fi fost CNPP, bugetul ar fi fost mult mai mare sau cu 58 miliarde mai mare.
Dacă apăsăm în lista de mai sus pe link-ul Ministerul Muncii, regăsim bugetul acestui minister din acest proiect de lege pentru 2018. Suma totală a bugetului și celelalte sume este arătată însă și pentru anul 2017 adică 36.525.718 mii lei.
Vedem că tot bugetul Ministerului Muncii pe 2017 de 36.525.718 mii lei, semnificativ mai mic decât "bugetul" acestei Case Naționale de Pensii de 58,029,360 mii lei. Acest buget este de fapt jumătate din Bugetul de Stat al României pe 2017! (rama următoare).
De asemenea Ministerul Muncii are în bugetul lui sume pentru pensii, contribuții angajat, angajator, similare ca denumire cu cele din "bugetul" CNPP dar cu sume mult mai mici. La pagina 26 din fișierul pdf de mai sus (12 din anexă) avem "Pensii si ajutoare pentru batranete" 9.089.640 mii lei, număr mult mai mic decât numărul arătat pe pagina CNPP de 56,028,728 mii lei. La pagina 18 din pdf sau 4 din Anexă mai avem " Ajutoare sociale" în valoare de 10.165.983 mii lei. Aceste două sume formează "grosul" bugetului MM.
Pe de altă parte la Anexa 1 PL-x nr. 567/2017 sau sinteza Bugetului de Stat în același proiect de lege pentru Bugetul de Stat pe 2018 avem niște sume ciudate care nu se corelează cu Ministerul Muncii nici cu CNPP.
CONTRIBUTIILE ANGAJATORILOR = 535.442 mii lei (pagina 3)
CONTRIBUTIILE ASIGURAȚILOR = 1.003.414 (pagina 4 care cresc la 3.085.714 mii lei în 2018)
Pensii si ajutoare pentru batranete = 18.668.518 mii lei (pagina 21)
Conform paginii de statistici a Ministerului Muncii înrămată mai sus, pensia medie din România este de 900 de lei. Dacă împărțim această sumă de 9 miliarde la 900 și la 12 luni găsim un număr de pensionari sub 1 milion.
În ipoteza că suma din Bugetul de Stat - sinteză este cea corectă, de 18 miliarde, numărul de pensionari apare dublu sau sub 2 milioane, situație aproape la fel de catastrofală.
Concluzii. Eu tind să cred că Bugetul de Stat nu poate fi greșit fiindcă e aprobat în Parlament și văzut de atâta lume, Olguța Vasilescu a spus adevărul când a spus că 2 milioane de angajatori nu plătesc contribuțiile, poate numărul e același și pentru angajați, în schimb bugetul acestei Case Naționale de Pensii din subordinea Ministerului Muncii este complet fals, cu singurul scop de a arăta alt număr de pensionari, care este cu 3 milioane sau de 2.5 ori mai mare decât cel real. Un argument pentru acest lucru este și faptul că site-ul a fost pus pe mentenanță imediat ce am început să scriu această postare, în urmă cu câteva ore. (luni seara ora 11 - 1 ianuarie 2018). Acești 3 milioane de pensionari inexistenți servesc la scopuri ca falsificarea a alegerilor. De asemenea lipsa lor la apel arată adevărata calitate a sistemului de sănătate din România, media de viață, mai ales la țară, etc.. Dacă aceste numere, ultimele, sunt adevărate ele arată, împreună cu numărul similar de emigrați, dimensiunile catastrofei sociale din România, al cărei populație reală prezentă în țară este puțin peste 10 milioane, adică jumătate din numărul oficial.
A apărut deja pe un site o estimare a salariului mediu în România pe 2018
Procentul de contribuții pentru pensii, plătită numai de angajat este de 25% iar o mică parte este plătită și de angajator. Dacă aplicăm procentajul de 25% la 4162 și înmulțim cu 12 și 4,7 milioane de angajați aflăm exact suma de 58 miliarde lei care pretinde că o are bugetul CNPP!
De acum înainte românii vor ști că există acești pensionari fiindcă vor vedea deducerea pe statul de plată - fluturaș. Cine știe unde se duc banii însă. A. Pe mărirea pensiilor, din care unele indecente, suportate de toate firmele private din România!
E posibil ca toată această reformă fiscală să fi fost declanșată în urma semnalării marilor neregularități de la Bugetul de Stat și bugetul Ministerului Muncii CNPP.
Mă uit la această postare de fb a mea din 27 octombrie 2017. A fost chiar înainte de aducerea în prim plan media a reformei fiscale?
(Însă îmi amintesc că eu am semnalat prima dată această întrebare exact acum un an în 2 ianuarie 2017 într-un tabel de întrebări fără răspunsuri. Multe din acele întrebări și-au găsit răspunsul așa că nu le mai reproduc.)
Toate aceste manevre financiare sunt pentru acoperirea unei mari minciuni, aceea a lipsei la apel a cel puțin 3 milioane de pensionari.
