Red Light And Speed Cameras

Passing a red light and speed camera is a very complex task. I consider myself an above average driver, i only had two accidents of my fault in 31 years and in both cases i hit poles in parking lots and now have big difficulties passing one of those. I mean, red light is one, speed is another but both, it gets hairy.

You have to look for traffic, speed, direction and pedestrians in the same time. But what if the intersection is in a slope and your speed may increase after 100 yards after you get your foot from all pedals to concentrate at lights, traffic and direction?

I long maintained that in Oregon automated tickets are not legal. Mine in the past came in mail from out of state with the signature printed which means one single officer issued all the tickets at all the intersection within that jurisdiction. A stop has not been made and no officer was present. But that officer did not even see the tickets because they were printed in other state (Nevada).

Tonight i had this idea and put the visor on to see if it helps with blinding lights from the opposite. Or was on since the last parking lot i left the car unattended.

I did not encounter any light for about 80 miles. In the meantime it got dark and i the visor was good with the blinding lights from the opposite.

Trouble is i could not see traffic lights except from a distance which was maybe 100 yards from intersections. But i think in intersections with two lights, i could see at least one. I will try and verify tomorrow or even tonight.

I even commented in the car, i told Angela i think it works, all i have to see is the car in front of me.

When i got at the traffic camera in Sherwood, i saw it was green from a distance. There is one little problem there, they made a bridge that appears in the visual field behind the cameras and that bridge has ever changing colors, interfering with signals given by the light to the drivers.

Then i saw a flash. Angela confirmed the light was green, which i saw myself seconds before intersection. I had a little above 50 when i entered the intersection, Angela yelled and hit the brakes, had exactly 45 or speed limit when i crossed the second crosswalk. At least one more car came after me and did not trigger any.

I don't know what triggered that flash, i took a quick look around and saw no one moving. But could have been a guy speeding in the opposite (but it would have been two flashes or even a guy who crossed a line and wasn't moving). Or it malfunctioned. Ori it was remote controlled from Nevada or by a hacker over the internet trying to prove i could not see the lights. Or by George or Well from behind the grave on this end of October.

Would not be the first time when something or someone intentionally triggered a flash just to take a picture of me. One time it was in front o City Hall in Beaverton, in the day of the release of Gangnam Style when i had my hands full of sticky foam crossed on the wheel and was driving to my then Korean mechanic at Lucky Autobody in Beaverton.

Thing is they got now a picture with the visor on my upper side of the face and they cold try and prove i was driving without possibility of seeing traffic lights. Even if only for illicit viewers over the web.

Yes i am overconfident and changed my driving patterns due to the fact that i know that all other vehicles surrounding me everywhere i go are for show and all i have to take care of is to look in the mirror and accelerate when they get closer (and i did that tonight for most part of the drive) and not to hit the guy in front of me when they stopped suddenly which tonight, for a long time was one with a dealership LPN "DAY 1".

I am currently arguing with Angela and i was saying that overall this was the worst "driving while been bullied" drive of my entire life and she says no, because she does not see what i see in the rear mirror. But for that there are now laws or law enforcement to enforce them or ever read what i write here for years.

And BTW tomorrow i will physically disconnect the satellite or whatever Sirius link this car has and i did not subscribe to with its own GPS and voice command and stuff (with a possibility of being hacked). I was for for a long time people can here somewhere what i talk in the car.

And BTW, the yellow truck with the inscription SEATTLE EMPIRE on driver side is in the other spot with one wheel in ours and there is so much smoke you cannot breathe outside.

Yesterday i spent last half of day in the room and it was one of the worst days of my life and later i discovered the cause. On the north side of the hotel was a cocking smoke similar to the one outside right now and probably was making its way in the hotel from under entrance door.

I went and drove a little at the first intersection to see if i could see the lights. It all depends on the position of the visor, but i don't think it was low enough to have missed it. Though i remember a car going in the opposite that was stopped. But could have been on yellow.

I remember the previous light in Newberg was red though i had green arrow for right turn and i looked by the visor. But it was so bright in the night.

This bridge at night shines in ever changing rainbow colors, confusing drivers about the color of the traffic lights, like the rainbow serpent. I will try and take a video one of these nights. Nevermind.

Sherwood, Serpent. BTW can you see how strong they shine the lights from cars coming from opposite? This is what i experience at night all the time, but imagine on a narrow, two lanes hwy in complete dark.

Wait a minute could this be a trick from the part of city of Sherwood so people at night get confused or can not see the color of traffic lights? to make more money tolling a State highway?

9:55 A rather large amount of leaves have fallen over the weekend and it rained and now it all smells like mold. Got to be a starter somewhere, usually a water of cup with water, leaking on the redwood wet mulch. And even if i find it, it will not be over until morning.

10:17 A number of 7/8 inch cylinders from juice or juice concentrate, one beer can, perforated, not open, a chocolate wrapper, a large plastic bag, a wet round pokemon (because i just wrote about) the size of a pillow with some white stuff plucked from it on the ground, a jacket and some small shoes in a plastic bag, all wet, a 30 pound box with peanuts in the rain by the dumpster, etc..

One Mexican guy with a white car with LP QRW (like from Orwell i just wrote about, in all LPN i see the O or D nowadays is replace with Q) came threatening towards me while maneuvering to park rear first while i was throwing those in the garbage and just put out my own headlight, etc..

Both reality and fantasy create competing information. "It's all in our minds."

Like a fictional character once said. Reality is what remains after we filter out everything that is impossible no matter how improbable.

How about those who pollute at will our world with false information? It seems the laws of Nature allows them to exist but i personally do not want fake ideas in my mind.

They like to project ambiguous ideas saying it is the corrupt observer's mind who interpret it erroneously. But most of the time we don't have the physical time to analyze their allegories and do not fall into temptation but are just forced to chose by what we can understand at the moment of decisions.

Changing someone's mind is much easier though there is always this thing called psychological resistance which may be good for having time to filter input that may be misleading.

Just googled for the market value of OpenAI. They need 30 more billions to become 1.4 or 1.5 trillion. That, after in March they raised 120 billion to become 800 something. Does that make sense to anyone? No it doesn't and the reason it doesn't is it's not worth it. Let me explain. (IPO is a keyword in this post standing for Initial Public Offer). 

Have you ever seen how wildly NASDAQ goes up and down these days? One precent is most common. Where are the days when the norm was less than 0.3 percent?

It's not greed. All the money FED printed over decades had to go somewhere and people turned to the stock market.

But because the stock market  though is huge has only so much potential to absorb new money, it cannot absorb all that.

And then they invented the seven magnificent. Seven companies that are "worth" each trillions, a huge money sink that grows constantly. A place for investing they say. It's where most retirement money go to rest (through mutual and pension funds).

I never understood why companies go public. Most to raise some real hard cash through IPO and give the brokers something to do after.

From the moment a company goes public its assets separate from its market value which represents nothing anymore. Not the assets or book value or intrinsic value. It's called market capitalization.

They become infinite Ponzi schemes each with a fancy brand name. Microsoft. Apple. Tesla. Etc.. The "investors" start buying shares from each other, but none of their money reach the corporation. How is this investing? (yes i think Marx would call this alienation (as in separation (of you and your money))).

In the beginning they paid dividends (probably long time ago). But most figured ways with lawyers to trick that. They don't give anything to "investors" except a piggy bank to put their money into until some others put more money and its "value" grows like piggybanks on some slot machines.

I am not going to start arguing with the AI agent who wrote this. But how are they profitable if they don't pay dividends?

And they give as counter example a number of classical Ponzi schemes. They were using money from newcomers to pay the first ones heading inevitably to a built in a crash.

Compared to what they doing today, those were little children.

There are no money. There is no centralized profiteer. The investors buy from previous investors shares at higher and higher prices and there is nothing behind. No assets, no value which are something that goes separately, as i said, with no link whatsoever with the stock market. And nobody profits or maybe just the inspired traders helped by high frequency automated trading who buy for less and sell for more.

And since there are no centralized profiteers (the trillionaires sleep on mattresses with holes in 50k apartments), they can go on indefinitely. Nothing to point fingers at or scandals. No yachts in the Caribbean or Mediterranean. Ok maybe just a little for show, trying to prove it's all real. 

And while Tesla, Apple Microsoft, google, do something, have something to show, what OpenAI (not a magnificent yet) does? Just a dreaming alt_face floating around, executing pirouettes with a mysterious smile, talking philosophy. And rumors of kids doing their homework on chatGPT.

And sometimes playing doctor, consulting, prescribing, ordering, without a license, unnecessary tests which i believe are crimes in the State of Oregon. 

And BTW the stupid AI as we know it is nothing but all we put in (or it gathers from sites whatever). The piggybank of our history.

Pornind de la Legea Bugetului de Stat pe 2026 (captură ecran mai jos), să ne explice care au fost veniturile (cât a încasat ANAF) și cheltuielile bugetare pe ministere (nu e nevoie de toate, cele mari, vreo 5 formează 90% din buget), pe trimestre, în cifre și nu în procente.

Ce investiții. Tot timpul ne scot ochii cu investițiile pe care nu le vedem. Investițiile se fac prin diferite ministere, Dezvoltare, Transporturi, deci să ne spună care sunt cifrele și proiectele la fiecare minister. nu procente amețite că nu înțelege dar mai ales nu crede nimeni.

Veți vedea că nu se cheltuiesc nici jumătate din banii alocați prin lege la fiecare minister mare ordonator de credit (cheltuieli pe tot anul adică, cifrele sunt în tabele începând de la pagina 2), deci de unde deficit? Diferența se duce la plata dobânzilor la datoria externă, care sunt de 3-4 or mai mari decât cele declarate, dar la care se mai adaugă și un deficit imaginar!

Bugetul General Consolidat? Asta înseamnă și Bugetul Asigurărilor sociale (pensiile) unde se strâng bani mai mulți decât se plătesc la pensionari (25% la sută din fluturașii a 5 milioane salariați) precum și bugetele locale (primăriile), care nu au nici o lege votată în Parlament, adică Nazare cu mila. A ba nu este aici, trebuie să o studiez puțin.

Singurul care a publicat vreodată ceva pe ministere (la 6 luni) a fost Cîțu, dar tot așa, în procente și fără lista proiectelor și a cheltuielilor în general. Ministerele mari (cu bani mulți) erau pe la 80% așa. Cîțu a plecat înainte de împlinirea anului și nu putem ști exact cum s-a terminat. Poate vrea (să ducă eroismul până la capăt) să ne spună acum?

Dar din puținul care l-a publicat și motivul a fost că a vrut să dovedească nu era necesară nici o rectificare din cauză că nici nu s-au cheltuit banii alocați prin lege, putem trage concluzia că domnii miniștri (nici) nu-și cheltuie banii, cine știe de ce, poate oamenii nu se pricep (majoritatea sunt pe alte meserii sau alt_ studii) sau chiar nu au pe ce, cred că e la fel ca ca la PNRR, că nu-l putem absoarbe.

Singura diferență e că nu știm (exact ce se întâmplă cu banii).

Și atunci, domnii mei, de unde deficit?

The reason these guys can never be caught and brought to justice is they control all the justice system they act at a level above ours.

The only link with our (ordinary) reality is timing and semantics (symbolism). Because of synchronization and semantics, most ordinary people confuse their real reality with theirs and act accordingly.

So they figured that by manipulating ideas, they can manipulate masses without getting getting involved directly (though they control all governments). Mainly enacting shows (allegories) and let each one of us imagining whatever we are capable of.
But in the end i think it is an illusion they fell for and are dragging us all into and now they gave up being a leading elite and are simply mimicking us and giving us prey to all our vices and shortcomings, with the purpose of "purification". What else?

Is your aperture large enough to encompass (grasp) all these simple (refined) ideas? (if you gave up all surrounding emo_tions of course)

7:40 I think i met this weirdo recently at Walmart in Tigard while i was trying to buy a battery. He had a short black beard and was acting like he was possessed. I asked for help cause the batteries there are, unlike in Sherwood, on a locked shelf. They did not have on the (locked) shelf the battery i wanted (though it was shown on the site when i looked at home) and then he went in the back bringing me a battery kinda similar at double price. But i discovered that only when i went to check it out at the register.

Then another guy, an Asian with a working cell phone he kept browsing came and that gave me pain later. He sent me to Sherwood where i went and found a battery. There was this short young emo gothic not bad looking girl with metal piercings at the corners of her mouth all dressed in black with lovely black leggings at the registry who removed the electronic tag from it and checked me out and made me forget the guy at the other store.
