7 Seconds

I use to listen to coasttocoastam on 1190 KEX for maybe ten years now and the proof is the link in the right bottom side of my blog. They have EVERYTHING in there in beautiful plain English especially when listeners call and share their thoughts. Some normal, some less then, they help me fall asleep at night many times. Then i bought the cheap small nice 4 GB ipod imitation from Coby which has an FM radio built in and started listening the same broadcast on 102.3 FM. And some nights is in sync with 1190 but others is 7 seconds BEFORE as 1190 was on a delay. Anybody could explain me why this is happening since 1190 and 102.3 share the same owner? For that i remembered this song it doesn't have much to do with the story, just the tittle. It still sounds in my ears, and the base from those almost 2 inches thick fiberboard walls with "real, Russian made" 80 watts base speakers "quiet" loudspeakers i assembled and partially made myself at home in Bacău, where i got bored because nothing was happening.

I know digital television is on a 3-5 seconds delay from when i had my old analog TV side by side with the new one because of the buffering and stuff. By the way, i just remembered, my Sony BRAVIA 40S4100 flat screen needs about 16 seconds to start, about as long as my Fedora powered PC to boot up. A few days after i bought it i went to all the stores around and all of the TVs of all brands were starting in a few seconds. Exactly after 3 month that was the return time at Sears it started flickering and after a few months i finally opened it up and found a connector that was sitting under a small hole in the back cover was partially unplugged, and found out i didn't need to open it, i could have just pushed it back through the hole. But after opening it i saw many of the transistors of the power supply where missing some or all of the cooling grease and i took them off and put some i bought at Radio Shack.

Back then they used to make much nicer songs. But for their manipulation purposes, they probably realised it was an overkill. A song doesn't have to be really nice, just addictive.
