Potrivit chiar lor, din singura dare de seamă din istoria recentă a unei execuții bugetare, la 6 luni, din vara lui 2021, a lui Câțu arată o folosire a bugetului de 80%.

3:25 Despre ciudățenii constituționale am mai scris. Există trei articole pe care eu le numesc triunghiul Bermudelor din Constituția României. Art 113, 114 și 115.
Articolul 113 nu are nimic ciudat în sine dar devine când este invocat în Art.114 care nu are prevăzut un mecanism propriu de aprobare/respingere.
Deci dacă Guvernul își angajează răspunderea pe o lege care devine atât de necesară încât Guvernul (teoretic) își riscă existența, oricine (adică 1/4 din numărul de Parlamentari) poate depune o moțiune de cenzură la 3 zile de la înregistrarea angajării. Deci dacă moțiunea trece, legea pică odată cu Guvernul.
Chestia e că din decembrie 89 deși au fost depuse moțiuni de cenzură cam în fiecare an, nu pe angajarea răspunderii, ci aiurea, totdeauna fără șanse, doar ca exerciții democratice, nu a trecut decât una sau două din câte îmi amintesc iar legi prin angajarea răspunderii au trecut mereu și nu a depus nimeni moțiuni.
"În intervalul iunie 2009 - decembrie 2011 guvernul (de atunci) a obținut 16 legi prin angajarea răspunderii".
Despre Articolul 115, cel cu Ordonanțele de urgență, s-a scris atât de mult încât nu are rost să insist, dar există acolo ceva ce mă deranjează. O ordonanță de urgență intră în vigoare înaintea dezbaterilor și aprobării în Parlament, ceea ce le face inutile.
Cele două metode de a trece legislație prin pe lângă Parlament în regim de urgență, angajarea și ordonanța de urgență, par destul de redundante, dar o ordonanță de urgență, care pare mai rapidă nu poate legifera în domeniul legilor organice (unde este necesară o majoritate efectivă, nu doar cea prezentă).
Ce au în comun? Și la ordonanțe și la angajări legile nu sunt supuse dezbaterilor și nu sunt votate ceea ce le face similare cu decretele emise în regimuri dictatoriale. Prevăzute în Constituție pentru cazuri excepționale, ambele au fost abuzate (la greu) de numeroasele guverne post decembriste.
Ar fi schimbat dezbaterile proporția votului pentru legea a austerității? În primul rând, când e vorba de angajarea răspunderii, nu știm care ar fi fost proporția votului fiindcă nu există vot. (Dacă o moțiune nu e depusă în 3 zile, legea trece fără nici un vot).
Dacă ar fi existat dezbateri, publicul ar fi avut șansa să audă măcar ce-i așteaptă în viitor. O minoritate din Parlament ar fi putut aduce în discuții aspecte indezirabile sau inadmisibile. Poate unii parlamentari din blocul guvernamental (PSD, PNL, USR, UDMR) ar fi "rupt frontul" (posibil că unii nici nu au citit-o, nu era nevoie).
Mai multe considerații pe subiect în pagina asta dintre care "Este singurul caz din regimul constituțional românesc actual în care proiectul de lege este adoptat fără a fi dezbătut (...): Guvernul obține o lege fără ca Parlamentul (...) să fi legiferat.".

12:15 Dreamliner CCS. Unlike in any other planes, all vital commands including fly by wire instead of being processed through specialized hardware units are now routed through a single central computer (for the purpose of saving weight and space of course).
However entertainment is also routed through the same CCS though on a separate Ethernet network making every seat of the cabin a terminal of the CCS. Boeing is located in the state of Wa Shinto.

Analysis of First Trump Assassination Attempt
At the time i wrote in a couple of posts but i am not proud of what i did, making mistakes and missing lots of things while also marking a few points. Here is another attempt to clear things up. Let's start with analysis of the most iconic picture.
There is not much to say. It all looks like a group hug with the woman lowering head so Trump can be seen by cameras. Secret Service agents with black glasses though they could not see much through those were looking straight at the camera.
Trump himself acts like an actor, ignoring common sense pretty much like Kennedy did not tuck after the first bullet whistled close to his head though they could not be sure if there was only one shooter, like they did not know about the first. The skillful photographer caught the flag right in the background.
Secret Service Agents returning fire at the shooter which means he was in their line of sight which means they could have seen him on the roof where they were positioned from the beginning. One of the scopes seem to have barcode labels from unpacking still attached.
Apparently the gunman used an AR15 with no scope which can compensate for bad eyesight as he was using glasses.
As for the blood on Trump's ear. In this video Trump is looking on the right side for about 8 seconds before the first shot with right ear placed coincidentally out of sight. It takes him about 1 second to raise his hand at his right ear after the shot is heard, time in which his ear must have been full of blood yet his hand is clean after (second 9). He only appears with blood on his ear after he ducked.
Though people are yelling, they do not seem to be willing to move away from the stage, they froze on place (were needed to witness Trump's triumph gesture where again no blood can be seen on his hand). At second 37 one can hear clearly the Secret Service commands "move, move" over the noise of the whole crowd though they were well away from the microphone (and they did not move right away).
But there's also something about the angles. Bullets must have flown parallel with the stage and direction of Trump's head (otherwise would have hit more than his ear) yet spectators appear behind him.
The momentum transmitted from the bullet to the cartilage of the ear would have moved his head a little and/or create a shockwave at the surface of the skin. Fragments of the cartilage could have flown with the bullet.

Retired FBI special agent Michael Harrigan said bullet caught in this image went past Trump's head so the bullet came from his front. For that to happen he should have looked left or in the direction of the shooter. Unless he was speaking with his back towards the crowd.
An AR 15 bullet speed at 100 meters is 2700 feet per second or Mach 2.4. At that speed, the bullet only passing close to his ear should have produced a shockwave that would have ruptured his eardrum or even damage the medium and/or internal ear.

COVID-19 (initially called Corona virus) followed my Similarities blog i started in October of 2018. The war on Ukraine to my inquiries about Romania's budget hijacking and fake deficit in summer 2021 (just before a staged accident, with the participation of WA state authorities), that are similar to those of other countries, including US. I said yesterday about pain from insulation dust flying from the other building, phycological warfare.
This is what the demented do when cornered.
7:30 BTW the driver of the tow truck was the same as the one who hit me. I had a conversation with him and he asked me about the modifications to the battery connectors. It was all filmed by the other cop bodycam to prove he did not leave the scene of the accident and my lights were turned off and my car lost power and slowed and that was the cause of the accident. Then he left saying he will not tow me to Tualatin because it is too far (20 miles).
All mechanics know. When the engine is running, the battery acts only as a filter for the pulsating DC voltage that comes out of the alternator. The engine still runs and all lights are still on if a battery connector fails after the engine was started.
But the best proof battery was still connected is in the picture. One of the taillights is still on after i pulled the car on the shoulder and turned the engine off. (and yes the LPN seem derived from the word KJB, and was not custom or vanity but given to me "in sequence" at Lake Oswego DMV).
After that, i started and drove the car to this intersection where the first cop was investigating me for possible insurance fraud while waiting for the towing. After that i drove the car like that some 20 miles to home and the situation repeated before Terwilliger curbs, with a big truck or van but i was ready, driving on the right lane and pulled on the shoulder and let it pass.
12:52 PM Temperature outside shown on my sensor is 78 and that sensor usually shows higher due to proximity with the building and there is no reason to start the AC. Meteo sites show a higher temperature. Could this be the reason the team did not come to work today either and let that wall with holes uncovered. A modified exhaust car just finished idling and revving and i feel the pain from electrified invisible silica dust getting inside from under the door.
