Sadhu and the Rules of Karma

https://www.google.com/search?q=sadova+suceava+romania

It's very easy to become a Sadhu. In fact so easy, a kid could be initiated by a guru without even know it. What if someone would initiate you as a Sadhu, knowing from the start you will break the rules and bring a bad karma towards you and everybody else around you?

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sadhu#Becoming_a_sadhu

Ar the Sadhu actually those who rule the world?

"There are 4 to 5 million sadhus in India today and they are widely respected for their holiness. It is also thought that the austere practices of the sadhus help to burn off their karma and that of the community at large."

"everything we do creates a corresponding energy that comes back to us in some form or another."

https://www.google.com/search?q=rules+of+karma

I don't like everything that's not written well in a language that i understand. 12 laws of karma list. For some reason i can't explain it doesn't sound right in English. Though i'm not a native English speaker. A whole phrase acting as an adjective, qualifying the word list. I would have written. The list of the 12 karma rules. But is the first answer google brought up when i searched for "rules of karma". Let's say is one of those bad wrappers against a good sample of eastern philosophy. But is't more than that. The site where google picked its answer it's called "rules of attraction".

Could they intentionally push you into a bad karma, you and your people causing your destruction, without bringing bad karma to themselves?

Vinyl Symbolism

Kitchen and bathroom vinyl. There are many others. Someday i will try to catch them all. They are meant to set you in a certain mood if not brain reprogramming. Every time you seat in a certain location and your eyes fall on one of theses they make a certain noise. Sorry, i don't have the means on blogger to rotate as some have multiple meanings and i'm in too much hurry now to go rotate them and re-upload. There are maybe 20 in total that are repeating, could not get them all today. Could this guy be the author?

First. One leg, one hand which is also a wolf. Second. Some sort of hug.

First. Upper left, a thumb of a hand that is buried in a pocket, also an old man as a ghost, possibly others. Second. If you turn your head 90 degrees right can see a woman in a party dress, a fish with jaws like an insect.

Biting one's neck from above middle left a deer's face with dragon's horns, head 90 degrees two faces overlapped exhaling or vomiting. Second. A cow with a calf, head turn left, map of the US with a happy whale.

First. Kissing. Second Jew faces. One big on the left, front, another one smaller, side, kissing a monster, others. Right in the middle there is a chin that could belong to a Obama's face, half white and half black.

Left. Don't know yet. Right. An Arian Face on the left, a jew in the middle, another bigger one center right.

First. Lower, a melting face which reminds me of me. Head 90 degrees left, an Arian face lower middle, embedded on a human's hip and butt, others hard to describe. A woman that is also a shark.

First. Right. A face. Facing another vague face wearing a santa hat. At 90 degrees right, a hat. Left. Map of Romania?

Stop The Terror!

Got three tickets from running red lights (not making a full stop on turning right on red) in Beaverton. They all came by mail from Arizona. I don't believe Beaverton or Sherwood Police have officers in Arizona. Besides, the signature is printed. I saw in the past checks issued by corporations signed with a printed signature and banks recognize those. However i don't believe a citation can have a printed signature on it as per the law quoted below only Police officers can issue citations.

Please read carefully the ORS title below.
A police officer may issue a citation to a person for a traffic violation at any place within or outside the jurisdictional authority of the governmental unit by which the police officer is authorized to act:
(a)When the traffic violation is committed in the police officer’s presence; or
(b)When the police officer has probable cause to believe an offense has occurred based on a description of the vehicle or other information received from a police officer who observed the traffic violation.

https://www.oregonlaws.org/ors/810.410

The law is a bit confusing if not contradicting self. Under situation a, the officer has to be present. In the situation b, the officer has only to observe.

I'm not sure if seeing a video means observe. Cause they will argue that the officer observed the video, after the firm in Arizona sent it for approval before his signature was printed on the ticket which can never be verified, or at least he saw the video in the courtroom with everybody else, but after the signature was printed on the ticket which i strongly believe is the case.

But i don't believe seeing a video makes the cop a witness. Otherwise, everybody who is present in the courtroom during the trial of your violation including the judge becomes a witness upon seeing the video on the screen and there will be no need for the officer who (didn't) issued the citation to be present in the courtroom.

As for who can issue a citation, the law is clear. A citation issued by a private firm in another state with the signature of a local officer printed on it is not valid under the current law.

After two hours of stomps upstairs i just ran outside. Didn't know where i wanted to go, i was thinking maybe Tryon, then when i saw what's happening on the streets i just drove forward, mindless. My mind is foggy, don't know why, redwood dust, diabetes, not drinking yesterday. In front of me there was this SUV with LNP KGQ. At a certain moment on Tualatin Sherwood i got to pass the guy, thought it was right before Teton Av only to see he had tinted windows, no way to see the guy. BTW, i know they are not legal in Oregon, is there any ways to complain about those, like when they offend you sticking their LPN in front of you?

At the intersection with 99 i pulled on the lane on the left waiting at the light, i think i was the 4th or 5th in row. I was really angry in my mind. Full of hate. (Guy upstairs just dropped a bowling ball to justify it). So i took a left turn following the cars in front of me when they left supposedly on green. Cause i didn't look at the light. But i didn't see any flash. But flashes are faint during daytime. Whatever. Could have changed green and yellow and red after 4 cars?

Got on 99 and Sunset. Chose one of left two lanes to make a turn towards Sherwood to find a parking spot thinking to walk back to study the phenomenon when i saw a light flashing in front of me while some guys were speeding, westbound. Just to prove to me those cameras aren't for red lights, as i thought, but for speeding. Or maybe for both. They have to take you from front because they need your face on the picture. So are all the red light cameras in the area. I don't think that's ok, especially at night.

Parked on a side road next to a construction site that had bulldozers raising much dust. Pushed the button for green to cross only to see a guy coming running, sweating, looking gay, good and kinda mad, hit the button one more time then running on red.

So i went on the other side of the road towards Sherwood. I looked carefully at the devices on polls. Cameras with huge flashes and probably sensors inside. Took some pictures but with the cell phone and only one or two came out right. I think i'll go tomorrow and use a real camera. (Continuous stomps upstairs, synchronized with everything i do when i insert these pictures).

As one can see nothing has changed since google took these pictures. All 5 cameras are pointing traffic on 99, i'd be tempted to say it's a money maker for the city of Sherwood if i didn't know it's pure terror, an extra anchor for the AI driven software that's behind all traffic here, meant to create more dramas as some targeted people (me) pass by.

I tried and waited sitting on the grass by the first cameras, but there was too much exhaust from big trucks stopping then leaving at that intersection. Didn't see any flash and left in about 10 minutes. Only to see one when i was about to cross the street back to camera Nr.2 in the sequence above. Look around, traffic was stopped on 99,, some cars just started on Sunset, but the camera could not catch those cause they were sideways, could not figure the reason.

Went to the refuge. Trail was opened with bulldozers scrapping ground backwards and making much noise and dust next to it. Planes making noises continuously, more like at the airport. After i left the refuge and went back home i saw a... google car on the street, in the distance. Didn't wanna be part of that scene so i just went around a city block and continued my way. Three big empty platforms, as i said, my feel, after all theses years is all traffic is coordinated.

Dark Web. Why?

"But even on the dark web, companies need service providers to keep their sites up reliably. And the 8chan site was only intermittently available and slow to load, making it nearly impossible to click on the site’s links." https://www.independent.co.uk/life-style/gadgets-and-tech/news/8chan-el-paso-shooting-cloudflare-gunman-forum-facebook-cybersecurity-a9043966.html

Very, very interesting. Service providers on the dark web.

For those who don't know what that is. The way i understand it.

Internet is nothing but routers, some big, some small, with connections in between. At the ends are either user devices on wi-fi routers or servers which hosts web sites (a servers is nothing more than a computer with no display or keyboard). It works both ways (you could, theoretically, host a web site on a small device linked to your personal router, if you have enough speed or bandwidth for it (or it may become slow). For each demand, you have to have that amount of megabits per second to give it to them (download, whatever).

Every device (or web address within a server) linked to the internet has a unique web address (IP address or number) allocated by IANA (Internet Authority). Big providers have ranges of addresses assigned by IANA they give to normal users at the time they connect, address that may change if you reset your box or router but still within that range. The address allocated in that known range is traceable to you.

Could had been different, could had each person an address linked to their name or physical address like a phone number, but they chose it this way allowing much more anonymity.

When you click on a link. Usually links lead to pages within websites which websites have unique IP addresses (given by IANA). But those addresses are not hard-coded in links. In links are hard-coded only so called domain names, like google.com. Your browser has to find or resolve that IP address before it can download the content in the link. And that is done through DNS servers. Here and there at some dead ends on the internet where mainly the internet providers, others, choose to put servers with long lists of domains next to IP addresses for them. So your browser, when you click a link, first has to go to a DNS server (with a known address, always the same, which IP address is usually hard-coded in your personal router), get the IP address for that domain name and then issue a download request for that page using that IP address (and path to the page within).

How such a request gets to the server. How the page gets back to you to you. Internet data including requests is packed in packages of limited known sizes with the IP address in the header. The packages travel from router to router by numbers (sections) in that address. Nobody controls the way it happens but each router knows the router it should forward a package by parts of the IP number contained in the header of the package. That's why it is said "nobody owns the internet".

From now on is easy to understand. IANA only gives addresses by request and for a fee (it's called registering a domain, "blabla.com", not to be confounded with internet access fee to your provider, which allows you to get on the internet, light or dark), but there are many unassigned addresses due to especially the fact that IP standard changed recently. How many unassigned addresses? A lot. See here.

There are lots of entities which chose to use those and those are the dark web. Neither IANA nor big providers or owners of big internet routers don't block those. Google don't index them thus they are unsearchable but you can hard-code IP addresses in links in your page  if you are interested directly or bypassing (need for) DNS resolve.

Apparently they are up for grabs. And they became a big business to some. Don't ask me why IANA, providers, big router owners don't do nothing about. They could be filtered out and made unavailable with much ease though i don't know if existing routers are designed to filter out addresses.

In other words why there is a need to pay a fee to IANA to register a domain and why providers lets you access unregistered IP addresses. It's like paying a fee to take a bath in the ocean or something. Done that.
