Cracked Doors Policy

Both my next door neighbors, at nr.9 and from the apartment beneath have a big gap at the door when closing it, allowing all kind of smokes to come out and into my apartment, causing allergies, nasal congestions,  euforia and all kind of other symptoms, especially when i'm alone in the room next to my entrance door. Last night @2 AM i felt some sort of metallic smell than i had really bad problems, like sudden sleepiness and arrhythmia.
