5:25 AM Early during the Ukraine war i was intrigued by the presence of drones manufactured by Türkiye (opposing those used by Russians coming from Iran).
However it was not a singular affirmation of that country's capabilities in up to date, state of the art fighter planes manufacturing.
I ran the other day into again a very intriguing occurrence of Turkey being capable of manufacturing 5th generation air superiority stealth planes which is expected to enter service in 2028 and look strikingly resemblant to the costly (on billion a piece) limited edition manufactured (discontinued) American F22, supposedly the most advanced fighter plane ever.
Did not have time to take a closer look but they look different in design from combat ready Russian PAK FA (SU 57) of the same class, with a cost per unit much smaller of American ones. Noting it is the only European and actually of the whole world except US country capable of delivering such planes.
I thought it was perfectly safe when i stuck my head in their for an hour or so, fighting claustrophobia and the weird sounds just because i wanted to have it checked thinking it was something wrong with it and not the poops in neighbors garden (at Sussex).

Wound History and Progression
Last Friday at the Wound Care Center at Legacy Emanuel they dressed my wound with Silverdene, one 3x3 sterile pad, one 5x9 on top of it and then gauze roll and tubigrips over the heel on top of everything.
After the second day the Silverdene started to burn real bad especially in infected areas around the wound to the point i could not sleep and dug mm deep "trenches" around the eschar. Tubigrips over two thick layers (one 5x9 thick pad, bandage) were cutting circulation in the dorsal artery and caused serious pain (claudication) in downstream areas so i had to remove it. Improved after about 24-48 hours.
Bandages do not work well without tubigrips. I went outside one day and the bandage came undone so i replaced those with diabetics socks two days ago. Not as tight as tubigrips, they were still cutting the circulation, promoting decreased blood flow and infection at wound site which started to spread in the entire leg all the way to my thighs.
Normally would have called and asked them for advice but there is something in the post visit note that discouraged me to do so. I remember during the visit i asked the doctor what type of tissues were affected or how deep was the wound and he said he does not know and asked him to do an MRI which he declined and sent me to X-ray to check for "bony erosion".
9:35 AM 28 Some could think i am on an irreversible path to healing. However i had huge setback last night which much pain in the whole calf to the point i could not sleep (first time since the beginning of this problem).
Was thinking going to ER when i discovered a scratch about 10 mm long, one deep (there is a bit seen in the picture on top) from where asphalt favored bacteria infected my whole leg. It was the focal point of my pain, not the wound itself. Now i have to bandage two wounds until the small one heals.
Finally had this idea of taking one Cephalexin orally (in top of the Augmentin), so far i have been using Cephalexin only sprinkled on the wound because i had so few left and finally fell asleep. This morning i sprinkled a bit from one capsule and took the rest orally with one Augmentin and it hit me (in the stomach) almost causing palpitations.
However i took some flaxseed and coconut capsules and fell asleep after and added one more hour to the four since last night and now i am at peak concentration in plasma of both and i feel the heat in my leg but also in all area that have been previously affected by wi-fi exposure. Doctor "didn't feel like i needed more antibiotics as there is no infection concern" (as per his assistant when i asked after he unexpectedly left) so he did not prescribed any.
And i discovered one thing. So far was getting chills every time after doing the wound dressing and i discovered the reason. The saline i have been using to wash the invisible bacterial film which is a very necessary step, (otherwise i have pain and redness for the whole time after bandaging until the next one), needs to be heated up close to body temperature.
Pouring cold saline on the wound brings instant infection. Again, those are not healthy tissues but damaged by diabetes, poor circulation and wi-fi (microwave) radiation exposure.

X-ray came negative for that but and by using an ambiguous language they said i might have calcified vessels (which is not confirmed by the previous X-ray interpretation at the ER) and an MRI is recommended if there is "infection concern" so he ordered one.
I had several episodes in the past weeks (from different reasons, like exposure to cold) even more severe and i know it will take some time to re-set. Wound itself does not seem to have been affected, infection is in the areas around it. Looking at the pictures with progression of the wound in the past 10 days, the wound is progressing now at a rate similar to a non-diabetic laceration.
Tomorrow i have again an appointment at the Wound Care Clinic with dr. Davut Savaser (Turkish, Armenian, Jewish descendance by name) apparently of Seattle. Noting the semantic resemblance of his name with a recurrent name from the news.
Here is the picture with the wound since Jan 18 or several days after i discovered it (after i saw blood on the bedsheets). I have made some bad mistakes though, one was using hydrogen peroxide to disinfect a couple of days which extended the eschar.

There is some sort of wrinkled cushion inside that is also pretty hard (as hard as the surface leather). There are the same type of wrinkles in other areas where i had blisters. 12:55 BTW when i got at the hospital, there was vague smell in the air i could not identify but once inside my BP was 200/100 and would not go down with time (it went up by the end of the visit). But when i got out, i figured the reason. There was a pretty bad smell of tarr from a pavement work somewhere which clogged my nose, slowed my breath etc..
Also i know from experience that the smell of fresh asphalt is bad for wounds because it promotes bad (dark) bacteria.

Before that i imagined this trick. I poured some sterile saline on a sterile 5x8 and put it over the wound and let it soak like 10 minutes, to try and remove some of that sugar from the eschar (molecular diffusion).

10:12 At 4 hours since last dressing (and at peak systemic concentration) i start to feel a bit of pain in the wound and now in the calf. Pain becomes unbearable at 6 hours when i have to do it again.
BTW in the after visit note i got instruction on how to take care of a few small wounds at toes that are almost healed (and were also causing inflammation in the whole foot) but apparently he did not see the one on the calf.

1:50 PM I have said it before many times. Bowing is a sort of (brain waves) synchronization (entanglement?_ but it is probably much more than i can think. Much more familiar to me is the reverted bow or people bowing in the opposite direction exactly when i look, even from a distance. It is followed by a feel of uneasiness or even anxiety for the rest of the day given by the blocking of chi.
Today i will spend some time trying to figure it out.

People might have noticed that many times i write things pertaining to common sense and technicalities and gross though under general perception contradictions without taking sides and i also i cannot understand the reasons behind the wars (who can understand war). But i get insulted every time i read something that cannot be. Are they trying to tell me here that Russian military use Starlink?
To be able to use Starlink you need an account and a receiver. Though they might get the hardware and the account, what prevents Musk from shutting down the accounts?

I postponed figuring the mystery and remembered today. It took me a while to search for it cause i could not catch any phrase to google it. Finally searched for the videos with dances during ceremony and found it.
Extraordinary song (alt link), extraordinarily sexy dance. Sabrina Impacciatore embodying the (still) submissiveness of Italian women. Yes, they played it on the radio in Romania a lot during the time. Not that would had made any difference to us Romanians who did not understand neither English nor Italian and did not have access to printed lyrics like on the back of the covers. (I started to learn English in HS, one hour a week, 1975-1978).
Could be one of the many reasons deriving from this celebration that Bad Bunny, Lady Gaga and others could not possibly shine during the half time show yesterday that happened too soon after. Italians will always be Italians.

3:25 PM Ordered this morning an A1C monitor on Amazon. Got it at my door in a few hours. However it is not easy to use without seeing someone. Instructions too fine printed. Even after i saw the video i spent one more set of pouches.
But eventually figured it out and the last reading i got was 7.8. I am far from 10 point something in my chart at Legacy. And yes, i believe they use the same type of monitor, by the shape and size of blood collector.
The reason i bought this in a hurry was i read online that if you have A1C over 8 you cannot have surgery because your wound won't heal. So if my leg got gangrene, they could not amputate it that is. Or they could try and i would die in horrible pains or something like that. Could have went to Walmart, they do this test on site for 27 bucks if i'm noy mistaken but for that i would expose myself again to cold which i'm trying to avoid.
I suffered a heavy set back a couple of days ago. I drank one bier but that was only the beginning. Smoke coming from outside made me irresponsible. I wet vacuumed the couch and a carpet in my bare feet, with only some plastic bags over and open window. Within 24 hours both feet started to turn blue, like they some times were in the past and my wound started to hurt.
However after 24 hours laying in a thermal pouch, i slowly started to get better like right now i am almost where i was before this whole episode.
Same kind of smoke was present here all day.

6:24 Am spus ieri că plata pensiilor speciale este ilegală pentru că hotărârile respective au fost marcate de conflictul de interese (și le-au dat singuri) și că printre alții, Ministrul de Finanțe ar trebui să le refuze plata.
Aproape 20 miliarde de exemplu se plătesc numai din felia de 96 miliarde din Bugetului de Stat a Ministerul Muncii, acest sac cu fund dublu, mai mare decât alocațiile de 14 miliarde. Pensiile "de contribuție" se plătesc din alt buget, Bugetul Asigurărilor Sociale de 154 miliarde, iar Ministerul Muncii le gestionează pe amândouă, un total de 250 miliarde lei. 
A venit imediat Nazare să mute focusul. De la pensii speciale la facilități fiscale. De la Attila, la el însuși. Super pensii, superdeduceri. Noi facilități fiscale pentru firme, biruri pentru populație, în buna "tradiție liberală".

Attila nu se poate băga peste CCR să-i dicteze cum și când să ia hotărârile din cauza separației puterilor (executivă, juridică și legislativă) însă poate să intervină la Ministerul Justiției sau Muncii sau Finanțe din subordinea sa să nu le mai plătească super pensii și gata.
Să le spună miniștrilor la ședința de Guvern. Nu le mai plătiți pensiile speciale date de ei înșiși, nu e legal, hotărârile respective sunt lovite de nulitate din cauza legii conflictului de interese.

Avem aici încă o dilemă, când nici unul nu are dreptate, dreptatea e ocolită de toate părțile și mințile noastre greu încercate de democrație se traumatizează încă un pic. Un conflict de interese ce a condus la un conflict între puterile statului.

12:27 Fața noastră sceptic rece.
Ni se scurge bugetul prin găurile ministeriale din care cea mai mare pare să fie la Ministerul Muncii, care împarte alocațiile și ajutoarele sociale, care în total însumează 36 miliarde (primul link din coloana Just1 aici, apoi josul paginii, 2024).

În rest ce se întâmplă cu diferența de 60 milearde, din cele 96 alocate prin Legea Bugetului pe 2025 (total General, aici), sumă care a intrat în calculul deficitului imaginar.
Tăcere totală și iată a inter-venit noul vice premieră "Oana Gheorghe" cu încă o noutate pentru noi. Avem 1500 de firme de stat "mult prea multe". Sunt din cele vechi, încă neprivatizate? Ne lipseau firmele de stat și s-au re-inventat altele noi?
Alt articol mai vechi o citează iar spunând că au pierderi "istorice". 14 miliarde sunt suma care se plătește de către Ministerul Muncii pentru alocații pentru un an întreg. Ia să vedem. 14 miliarde împărțit la 12 luni împărțit la 3,5 milioane copii? = 333.
Au fost 2-3 luni prea puțin timp pentru a înființa acest registru?
Toate astea în timp ce Bolojanul ne pune noi biruri.

7:21 Celularele trebuie interzise în școli prin lege iar wi-fi-ul înlocuit cu cablu. Lumea începe să recunoască fenomenul sensibilității la microunde. Până atunci, invit profesorii să ia măsuri ca de exemplu oprirea telefoanelor în clasă. Se poate verifica cu un monitor de microunde care costă câteva zeci de euro pe Amazon. Acest monitor poate detecta un singur telefon pornit la câțiva metri distanță.

11:05 AM Am văzut azi ceva în presă care m-a determinat să revizuiesc foaia mea de calcul cu bugetul. Ceea ce credeam eu că e o dare de seamă era de fapt altceva. COFOG3 sau COFOG este un cadru de lucru internațional al CEDO pentru raportarea cheltuielilor economice.
Ce am găsit la Ministerul Educației nu coincide ca sumă cu suma alocată de la buget cu cheltuielile acestui minister. Dar nu știu dacă e lei sau, fiind vorba de un raport tipizat CEDO, euro. Orice raportare pe care am văzut-o până acum preciza undeva dacă sunt lei sau mii lei.
Ultima raportare a fost pe octombrie 2025 și cea mai mare cifră de acolo, cumulativă (adică pe 10 luni) este ceva peste 9 miliarde.
Dacă sumele sunt în euro, atunci totalul, extrapolat la 12 luni, s-ar apropia de suma de 65 miliarde (75 cu "credite de angajament") alocată acestui minister prin legea bugetului pe 2025.
Dar putem face altceva. Știm de la INS (Institutul Național de Statistică) că în România sunt 240 mii de cadre didactice și am găsit salariul mediu brut pe economie de aproximativ 9371 lei (înainte de preluarea taxelor și contribuțiilor de 10 + 25 + 10 = 46%). Dacă înmulțim aceste sume și cu 12 (luni) rezultă o sumă anuală de 27 miliarde lei.
11:40 Dacă mai există rapoarte COFOG (publicate pe net) și la alte ministere din astea mari. Nu știu încă dar am găsit ceva la Ministerul Transporturilor. Însă sumele sunt ridicule când le comparăm cu alocarea pe 2025 de la Bugetul de Stat de 43 - 150 miliarde. (lucrez).
