Finally, Figured

European Union will never give UK an acceptable deal because it is the last thing they ever want, a big country like the UK, the jewel in the crown, with London still the financial center the world to leave the organization.

Ruling out no-deal can mean no brexit and that goes against the referendum and the no-deal seem to be the only chance (after two failed deals).

If UK had a constitution i'd say this is unconstitutional.

Article 90 of Romanian Constitution.

"The President of Romania may, after consultation with Parliament, ask the people of Romania to express, by referendum, its will on matters of national interest."

UK Government and Prime Minister was voted twice by the Parliament. However they turned down twice their own Brexit deal.

Current UK Parliament, its leaders and subsequent government are made of foreigners and do not follow the interest and expressed will through referendum of the British people trying to delay the effects of the referendum until a new one can be hold.

It is a controlled burn. Referendum bill was introduced in 2015 by Philip Hammond. They brought the UK right where then wanted that is in the end to ratify through a (second) "reversed" referendum the stay in the EU.

I'll be damned if i understand these two paragraphs read together.

"The government has tabled its own motion on rejecting a no-deal Brexit on 29 March - but MPs have now voted to reject no-deal under any circumstances.

MPs are now voting on the government motion.

MPs voted by 374 to 164 to reject a plan to delay the UK's departure from the EU until 22 May, 2019 so that there can be a "managed no-deal" Brexit."

"No deal Brexit under any circumstances" and "there can be a "managed no-deal" Brexit."

Lacking a written constitution, Britain has always relied on what we might call “alternating majoritarianism” for political stability.
