Others Will Follow

Set an example and others will follow. The slogan of elitists of modern times. Actually not so modern, don't know, i'm an amateur in everything but i think it started with the model of centralized state in France.

It is a type of society that evolved naturally along history as opposed to the ideas of some philosopher or philosophy or collective state of mind of the few that mattered at a certain time.

The main advantage is that is simple. It's a simple idea that doesn't need much argumentation in one's mind in order to be accepted. The simplicity is its main disadvantage as well. The well fed and respected few at top set standards and rules but also experiment and come with new ideas and generally are the only motor of progress in that society.

Since the system was in place for so many years, tradition took place and nothing else can be easily recognized as an alternative. In fact, it almost seems like a stapple in social evolution. Any other types of state models and societies that have tried to replace it had to rely on the old model and change some things here and there.

All states including communist and fascist have a government composed of ministers and some sort of territorial divisions and local authority. They are all more of less tributary to the centralized model.

Unfortunately, because of how the centralized type of state and society evolved, it has to have at the top some sort of leader, emperor, king, sultan, president, dictator or any combination of the above.

As a consequence, scores of people from the elites few developed a taste for gaining king's favors, thus shortcutting and competing with the others at establishing rules, shaking the system and contributing to the dynamics of the organization but also becoming a source of progress in an unwanted direction, that of manipulation and generating inequities.

The biggest challenge to this system came with the appearance of modern communications. We can mention of how important communications are by citing here the very the famous example, that of Rothschild's family in connection to the battle of Waterloo, when they knew one day ahead of everybody the result of the battle. (This is the first time in my life when i realize the true meaning of the ABBA song, Waterloo, by recalling the verse "i feel like i win when i loose".)

For those who read this don't need to mention how much communications evolved to this day. It has become the most important industry in modern society, the new Eldorado, the cornerstone of mankind's evolution, the main tool in learning, keeping in touch, selling, redistributing, the new soft infrastructure of modern times. Large categories suddenly came in contact with unprecedented and unpredictable amounts of information.

But also a place of dirty games, not to say wars, manipulating, impersonating, creating false images and parallel realities sometimes hard to figure and adapt to. Some categories were more prepared for then others. Those who knew it was coming.

Don't know exactly who leads this new informational revolution, but as usual, most interested where those left behind, those that have lost previous fights for king's favors. The distinctiveness of this revolution is it has taught large categories that real favors are not the ones sought for until not long ago. Money will always be money, but health and other favors have gained totally new meanings. For some, work can be a hobby, a sport and a place of gaining fame and/or respect.

I personally think allowing one to work in an acceptable environment can be a favor.

Some categories are satisfied just with the enlightenment in itself brought by the new revolution and do not seek anything more.

Mr. Honorary Consul,

For some reason i have the feeling that the Lake Oswego Police Department gave in to some sort of parallel justice system may include basic ethics since they don't trust and/or are not loyal to the laws they are sworn to defend. I have made several complaints supposedly on file with them that never got answered. I will not try and complicate my life risking any further contact with them. And they probably are not the only ones. Last time i went to Beaverton Police to make a complaint i've been received by a couple of possible impersonators one of them in Police uniform inside that big building downtown with the mark Police on it surrounded by Police cars. There are strange things happening in this area that i can only imagine but i assume you know better than i do. Many years and even before 2008 i was afraid to talk about those because of the risk of being put again in a mental institution. I remember last time i was for several weeks in September 2004 at Providence St. Vincent the doctor who got me in there by Washington County Court Order dr.Sigurdson sort of disappeared after a few days while i was in there. I believe that in the building where i reside there is also living some sort of impersonator controlling several apartments including my own, my cars and the air i breathe.

Please look further into this to make a better understanding of the situation.

I still believe that under normal circumstances i would have been able to make a living for me and my family around here.

It is true that i owe my life to some people that took care of me but this is not the type of life i came into this country and was hoping for.

Right now my only hope is that the Romanian Ministry of Foreign Affairs is going to become something closer to its normal purpose.

And honestly, by reason of how my life has been conducted so far i am not used and don't know how to make any sort of deals even if i wanted and i wouldn't realize if some people would show they are open to discussions.

I’m sorry to hear that you’re having difficulties.  Obviously there is nothing from a legal standpoint that I can assist with.  I would suggest that you once again contact the Lake Oswego police department.  I will be happy to follow up with them after your call and determine their position. Please contact me after you have spoken with them.

Please note that my front brakes are leaking again withing the last 2 days before and after a complete front brake job done by the Les Scwab Tires Center in Aloha. There is also a possibility that some of the employees in there are impersonator and not real mechanics. I also submit here that one of my neighbors dresses like and impersonates other persons. Since i tried and contacted the local Police in the past with no results i don't think this will help. I tried and contacted the Romanian Embassy in Washington but the attitude and voice tone of the greeting message is discouraging me from letting any message. Also all the extensions go to voice mail like yours today when i tried to contact you on the phone.

All In My Mind

This sign almost look like a...

Statistically Incorrect

Finally and sadly an opportunity to use this title i had in my mind for a long time. Things that are happening and impossible to prove trough normal means having the need to turn to statistical analysis. Very empirically, based on memory alone.

I mean, how can you prove that you are being stalked while driving on the streets by a large number of people without tracking devices or other means that could show others what's happening?

In an urban area with 2 million cars, i started to remember license plates numbers that i see in difficult or critical situation on the road. Is that proof enough?

Today i went to Fry's, again, because yesterday i when i been in there i couldn't even concentrate to remember what i had to buy. And i did not drink, eat, smoked or inhaled anything. I mean drugs. But i felt like i was high on something to the point of passing out. I spoke weird things to people. I could not locate what i was looking for before i left the store.

So today i went again to buy a pouch for my new 30 dollars ATT go phone that i bought several weeks ago in the same place. The thing has an 8 GB extension card (room for up to 32) and a decent camera. I mean look at the picture i took on my way back on a van that was smoking badly. I caught him when abruptly changing lanes towards the 205 exit. It drove in front of me for miles until i reached him from behind. Indistinguishable license plate number.

05/01/2013 12:20:32 PM I5 NB, @205 exit

Or these three right in the parking lot at Fry's.

05/01/2013 12:13:18 PM, Fry's parking lot

Did i mention the best sound i ever heard from a player using wav, uncompressed files, better than the CD player itself?

So i took the Wilsonville Rd exit then first left on SW Town Center Lp towards Fry's. Before Town Center Loop (second right) right in the curb i saw this big silver pick-up with license plate 311 GEX in the right lane (i was in the left). While staring at the number i pronounced it in my mind then i said to myself: Oh, geeks, we're in Wilsonville, damn! (i didn't get a brand for the truck but there's no doubt in my mind it was a Ford) and in that moment he passed the line between lanes into my lane about two inches while signalling in the other direction (or maybe not at all) only to make a right on Town Center Loop. I gently pressed the brake, i was near, i was really squeezed between him and the left curb, but nothing happened, then he disappeared and i continued my trip towards Fry's (next right). Not before i could see the guy, a young blonde one, almost with a smile on his face.

Geeks. Can't live with them can't live without. I assume they're really hard working people since they know so many tricks. I mean you can't learn anything if you don't do anything. Working day long until tired then start over. All work no play. Dead serious.

Can't hate them. Always with a sweet smile on their face, even when they screw you. If you are realizing you are being screwed they screw you again so you get confused so you don't know what to complain about or over and over until you get tired. But then they smile and you forget and all you remember is the smile and the polite tone. But if you accept being screwed right from the start, they can even get nice to you, is the most you can get. Got to keep them satisfied. Win something, loose something.

With their synchronized, animatronics-like, computer coordinated game, they're masters of the roads. One or two pops at every corner with a license plate that offends you. If you look at somebody walking on the street, another looks at you back. Then if you feel you don't get enough, you can also read what's written on the bumper sticker or on the window on the car in front of you or on the truck or wherever. If you want some more, you can look at them and see how they always raise their hands to their face or suck from a jug. Always, again and again.

At Fry's, dancing among isles, with a guy throwing really hard stacks of copy machine paper exactly near the place were you're looking for something. Every time one shows from one direction, another shows from the other looking at you. Towards the end of the buying visits, usually babies show up or hear them crying in the other end of the store. (Like at Best Buy earlier, when i was surrounded right before leaving the cell phone department by mothers, fathers, babies and children, while waiting for two guys to find cell phone pouches that have been "moved around on them" in their department.)

Then you're back "home", tired and wishing to forget everything, with your instructions from your newly bought gadget on you hand or checking your email or hearing yet another brain wave synchronized stump or slam, shaking the dust from the walls and gases from inside the walls.

Then reviewing in my head what happened during my trip there, i remembered. I saw that license plate in the exact same place in an exact similar situation at least one more time not long ago. Deja vu.
