6:22 I am awake. For 2 hours now. Cigarette smoke is coming at times (from under door i guess or a crack in a wall), ocean is too noisy, i was cold. Thinking at the mileage of the car after changing oil and filter and air filter, i think air filter is different, more or less permissive, it lowered the mileage a bit. Thinking about microwave exposure like what if there's a phone on the other side of the wall, i started the phone, kept it at a distance cause it puts out huge amounts measurable with my primitive passive meter during startup, installed and app that says it measure strength of different wi-fi sources, tomorrow i will get the real deal, the one i ordered on Amazon. Unfortunately there is lots of useless and confusing stuff out there, some meters say that measure the magnetic field which is irrelevant and some claim can pick up... ghosts.

7:06 Went outside. The wind is blowing from direction of land and somebody started a fire in a fireplace i guess. The whole hotel is surrounded by smoke.

11:50 Been tormented by smoke all day. I can feel areas of my body that were affected by phone, laptop emissions are healing, from not using or keeping them next to me. It will be a long process.

On a stretch of freeway 18 of about 25 miles, after i refueled at Grand Ronde my 2.0 liter engine car did today over 50 mpg (4.5 liter per 100 km) mostly due to last improvement for contacts at the battery and getting good gasoline. After entering urban traffic areas, with many stop lights during day time traffic the total was 42 on 50 miles. I did better on the same route (Grand Ronde, Tualatin, 50 miles) at night when most lights were green.

Been thinking. Old radio sets from the beginning of radio era used big parts like a coil and a variable capacitor to form an oscillator that was needed to match the carrier frequency through a process called tuning. Sometimes the signal from the oscillator was amplified before mixing with the also amplified incoming RF signal.

Still happening today but the whole thing is now inside a chip and probably the power is much lower. Was wondering if the amplified oscillator would not put out enough em emissions to slowly harm people around it.
