1:18 Looks like the woman at Apt.4

4:10 A few days ago i finally could order a SIM card for my partially compatible phone from Hello Mobile. However my email address was wrong in the account. Didn't get the confirmation for the account, or shipment of the sim card. Today i looked and fixed the email address with the customer rep. I signed in and found out the card was delivered today "at my front porch" by Amazon however there was nothing there. There was nothing at the office or at the Amazon locker next to the office. Today i had big troubles trying to explain to three different persons via chat with Hello Mobile that i did not receive the card and need to order a new one. There were big winds in the area, if it was an envelope... When i said i did not receive the card, she asked why i needed to replace the card. When i asked for a different delivery method, they said i will find out the delivery method in an email after delivery. All conversations were like that, these people do not understand English.
